    Car didn't last a week, they gave us a warranty and they wouldn't honor it, Beep Beep stuck us with a car that we can't drive.

    I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze. A week and a half later the transmission was slipping. I would sit on…read morean incline in drive let the brake and car would roll backwards. Then about 2 weeks later started having a bad misfire and would barely go. I pulled the plugs and plugs 1 and 2 were severely burnt. I replaced them. I called and talked to a Chico, he said you bought car as is. I stated I get that but, after only 2 weeks the car is not running like the overpriced amount I paid for it. Only a few days later it started making a tapping noise and when I went to make payment I showed Carlos the plugs. He had mechanic come out and listen to the motor. They spoke in Spanish to each other. Carlos set me up an appointment to bring car in and have it looked at. When I showed up for the appointment, the guy there that day said Carlos shouldn't had done that. Anyway, if I want to keep the appointment it would be $50 to do a diagnostic on vehicle. I refused and left. I have documented dates and times of calls and interactions with these people. I have fixed the transmission and I now have replaced plugs twice, twice!!! Acting up now... AGAIN!!! They sent me a message about 3 weeks back or so asking how I was enjoying my car. I told them I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Received a message from them earlier today, stating I still owed $53.60 on my payment of $500 a month. Hell if I didn't have to keep putting money in this car, maybe I could make my full payment. I have done some work myself and have still put $700 in repairs. Have only had the car maybe, maybe 2 months. Take it from me Robert F. Do Not Buy From 465 Auto..... Yelp made me have to select a star, been not worth any stars. 0000000000 star rating!!

The receptionist was so courteous and accurately relayed everything I told her was going on with my vehicle to the mechanics and went above and beyond to make sure I would leave with a fully functional vehicle. I had taken my car to 2 other shops (Eagle auto & Tom O'Brien) who both told me I needed 2 lists of totally different repairs. IAM went through the list and explained to me why I did or didn't need each item and the receptionist even shared photos from the mechanic of items like the air filter to prove it actually needed replacing. This is the most transparent and honest service shop I have ever been to. I have had zero issues with my vehicle since servicing here.

We had driven 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, and it couldn't even make it 15 minutes on the highway. We had no choice but to leave the car at the dealership the same day because it was not drivable. When I contacted the dealership, instead of taking responsibility, the salesman told us to lie about the situation to the warranty company so the damage would be covered. That was extremely concerning and unprofessional. RED FLAG We were then promised that we could switch the car out on Monday, but when that day came, we were given the runaround. We were repeatedly transferred to a salesman who would not answer and appeared to be intentionally sending us to voicemail. The only way we could reach anyone was by calling from different or private numbers. We drove back again 4 hours-- 2 days later --trying to resolve this issue, and still nothing has been done. There has been no real help, no follow-up, and no accountability. On top of that, when we became understandably frustrated due to the lack of resolution, the situation escalated and the police were called about 5-10 mins after we got there instead of anyone attempting to handle the issue professionally because they didn't want their customers to know what they did as we were voicing what was going on. This entire experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. We are still waiting for a proper resolution and have yet to be contacted in any meaningful way. Buyers should proceed with extreme caution.
