You want to meet a father and son car dealer that will blow your mind with honesty ,and your best…read moreinterests in mind? Let me introduce you to Ahmed and his son who own Midwest Motors in Indianapolis Indiana. I bought a used 2015 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor via Carfax. A gamble for sure . Not only is it risky buying a used cop car with a 100k on the ODO, but Carfax in general presents a risk . All that coupled with the transaction being out of state, requiring a 3 rd party delivery service. I gambled, and I won big time. However, I had maximum rated reviews to go on for Midwest motors . They had a stellar reputation. They treat every customer like family . I could not be more thrilled with my new( to me) vehicle . The mikes put on the vehicle were gently applied. The savings on the price was outstanding . I can eat off the engine ( small block lol) . If you want to get hooked up,they should be on top of your dealer list no matter where you are in the US. If anyone has any questions about the super simple process of dealing with MWM, give me Message on this plat, and I'll hit you back . I feel like I owe them something for such a blessed transaction. During these tough tines , when half the country is practically in a civil war, it's really nice to meet people that have your back , and not put a shank in it lol. Take care

This company is by far the worst dealership I've ever come across in my 31 years of being on this…read moreplanet. They are threatening my fiancé who chose not to get the run down STI they have on their lot after they did not want to negotiate the price due to the multiple issues it had after we drove over 7 hours to get there. They tried raising the down payment he was told he needed after his APPROVAL by $2k, AND the price of the car by almost $3k dollars. They're threatening with "fake bad reviews" on his works listings. They tried to bribe us with a $20 gift card to leave them a good review when we initially were talking about it. (Illegal). Now harassing and threatening my fiancé due to his HONEST review. (Illegal) There were MULTIPLE cars on their lot with missing trim pieces, hail damage, dents, faded paint, incorrect wheel sizes and tread depths on AWD vehicles which can damage the drivetrains over time. Definitely have a pre-purchase inspection done by your own trusted mechanic if you choose to do business with these individuals. These people are children running a business as you can clearly see here. His review was HONEST to a T. And they wanna be BEYOND childish over it.

The Lexus was in a great condition (see the photos) - and it's been trouble-free ownership. At the end of the day, a lot of it depends on how the previous owners treated the car. All in all, their staff was friendly and professional, and the whole process went smoothly. If I need another car for my family, I'll shop here again.

I contacted this dealership about a cargo van and dealt with Bernardo, who sent me videos of the van. In his own video and words, one tire "needed to be replaced soon" and another "needed to be replaced immediately." That second tire was completely bald. They knew it, filmed it, and listed the van anyway. My husband and I drove 3.5 hours one way, ready to buy that day. The moment I walked in, Bernardo tried to push paperwork on me before I'd even laid eyes on the van, let alone driven it. I had to ask for a test drive. My husband's inspection found an oil leak, the bald tire still mounted, and all four tire pressure sensors dead. When we brought up the sensors, Bernardo shrugged it off and said the dealership "just doesn't replace things like tire sensors." We told them flat out: fix the oil leak and put a new tire on the front, or no deal. They agreed. We signed on a Saturday. They promised to deliver once it was handled. Monday's big update: Bernardo sent me a message saying they are going to send a DocuSign to collect my deposit. The deposit I had already paid on Saturday.... Tuesday: total silence. Wednesday I had to chase them down, and Bernardo told me "the oil leak has been taken care of." When I asked for the repair paperwork, he said he was off that day and would get back to me tomorrow. That didn't sit right with me, so I called the office myself. The sales rep admitted they "degreased the oil leak and found no leak after that." Let me be clear: washing an oil leak is not fixing an oil leak. That's a cover-up, not a repair. I asked for service. Transferred to nobody. Called back. Transferred to nobody. Asked for a manager. Nobody. I called ten times before a human being finally answered, and I still never got an honest answer about what was done to my van. Just that they were waiting on a tire before they'd ship it. Once I finally received the report from service, in their own words they acknowledged the leak but since it wasn't "even close to leaving a spot on the ground", they didn't think there was anything to fix. Thursday, Bernardo never called, I had to I call him. Then two hours of silence, so I called again. Now the story was they were waiting on the bank to finalize funding, five days after I signed. Basic paperwork they should have handled Monday. They finally shipped my van Friday at 6:30pm. Nearly a week after I signed. It showed up with a flat tire and two brand new dash warning lights that were not on during my test drive. And shocker... still completely covered in oil underneath. In the week since, I've spent $900 on a new tire (the one that "needed to be replaced soon" failed inspection), four new tire pressure sensors, and an alignment. The shop's paperwork showed the alignment was trashed when it rolled in. Nine hundred dollars out of my pocket for safety items on a vehicle I'd owned for days. Every one of those should have been handled before this van was ever sold to anyone. Also, they took my 2018 Traverse with 220k miles and listed it at $10k (gave me $3200 for it). It needs a new transmission among other things. I'm betting they didn't put one in. They're going to sell that ticking time bomb to the next person who walks through the door. This place doesn't sell safe, reliable vehicles. They sell problems, dodge your calls, and hope you don't notice until the paperwork is signed. Avoid them completely.
