This is Beefside. Food good, didn't care for house fries. service not so good. We felt totally ignored! Wish we had gone to Red Blazer. Next time Gadget!

Big menu includes Breakfast till 11, seafood, and lots of sandwich options. Absolutely solid meal and good service but we didn't find the roast beef as rare or tender as other places we've tried like Blue House in Derry.

This place is a local gem to the Concord, NH area and has been around for decades. Simply the Best Roast Beef sandwiches around! l like the Royal Rib which is smothered in onions, peppers & mushrooms with Au Jus for dipping. They also have burgers, reubens, steak/cheese, clubs, BBQ brisket, seafood plates ect ect. Service is prompt & friendly with prices that are affordable. FYI...they also serve a great breakfast. Never had a bad experience so check them out & Enjoy!!

Have I never reviewed this gem??? It's one of my favorite places to go. They have amazing gluten free options. I get the French dip with the house fries and a delicious gluten free roll. My boyfriend tries different things. He likes the colossal, French dip and said the bbq platter was good. The meat is nice and red. Prices are great, food is fantastic, waitstaff is awesome too! Super accommodating. We always leave really happy and satisfied!!

This place was literally so good, do not let the view of it mislead you. The items on the menu literally speak for themselves, its as good as they sound. We just so happened to go at a slow hour but I was told this place can get packed. They have a to-go counter when you first walk in that most people apparently do, but my family preferred to sit. It's definitely a small town restaurant but they do their food so good. Sat with 4 different family members and everyone said that their food was a 5/5. Our server was super patient with us (we took forever to decide). My ONLY complaint is that they don't offer a hot lobster roll with butter..I was hoping that the lobster was made per order, or at least not pre-mixed with mayo even though only a cold option is listed on the menu, but I was in fact wrong. It hurt to eat cold, but it was a goo sandwich.

This has to be a neighborhood staple and favorite. The place was packed and the staff super friendly. We found this via Yelp and the reviews were spot on. We tried the famous roast beef sandwich and we loved it. The meat was rare and sliced thin in a soft roll and had the right amount of mayo. So glad we stopped here. We were so hungry I forgot to snap a pic.

I was driving down from Montreal to come to Nashua and had planned a lunch stop in this area. I joined a Facebook group all about New Hamsphire eats and Beefside was often recommended. The menu and concept seemed simple enough. When we arrived around lunch time on Monday December 18th, the place was already packed. This is a quaint, small town restaurant with a homey feel. There is a take out counter, otherwise a few tables if you want to dine in. I tried the famous roast beef sandwich and my partner got the "BBQ Beef Brisket Bomb" sandwich served with fries. For a place that is well know for their beef - we were both disappointed in the flavor of the sliced beef. It was not seasoned, had very little flavor, it was quite bland. It was tender and shaved thinly, which had a good mouthfeel, but the bbq brisket did not like taste like smoky bbq at all. It kind of tasted like unseasoned boiled or braised beef unfortunately. Perhaps it was just the cut we got, but it really needed some extra fat and salt. Luckily, for my roast beef sandwich, I paid the extra to have cheese, mayo, tomato and lettuce. This made a huge difference otherwise the beef alone would be very boring. Price wise and portion - this was perfect for lunch. I just wish the beef had more flavor. There are tons of great reviews about this place on here and Google, so it would be worth another shot.

Even more famous now that I have eaten there and reviewed it.

Thoroughly enjoyable. I opted for the Giant with the $1 add-on for cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. The sandwich was size-able, the roast beef was tender and flavorful. I cut it in half and devoured the sandwich. I also ordered a side salad with sole blue cheese dressing. The dressing was surprisingly good! Solid blue cheese flavor, thick. I was seated instantly, the waitress was quick to get me set up, bring the food and the bill. Overall a great place to grab a roast beef sandwich.

Three way roast beef sandwich and a slice peanut of peanut butter pie. Nothing fancy but totally respectable. Ambiance is cute old style western fast food. Service was hospitable and outside picnic area really nice to eat and enjoy nice weather.

They even gave us extra napkins when we told them we were messy. Lol. This is a take out only sandwich shop within a small shopping center. Parking here is never easy but we really wanted to try these sandwiches. I grew up in Maine so the Portland Maine Italian sandwiches were a big part of my life. I love Greek olives, American cheese and crusty Italian bread which to me really make the sandwich pop. Here, though, they use provolone cheese and the bland black olives and very soft Italian bread. So if not comparing it to the Italian I know and really love it isn't bad at all. I ordered the ham sandwich with the veggies, opting for oil to make it more Maine ish. It did remind me of a Maine sandwich, but lacked briny olives and the flavor from the cheese. It honestly could have used more pickles too. The bread was to soft for me but I have to say I still enjoyed the sandwich and I definitely would go back again. I apologize for the picture as I had already taken a bite and we were eating them in the car.

FINALLY! Real Texas BBQ outside of San Antonio and Austin!…read more I knew from my very first sip of sweet tea that this place was going to nail it! And right out front, they proudly display their TWO smokers! Now that's respect for the increasingly lost art of real barbecue smoking! I ordered the Hickory Sausage, Brisket, Potato Salad, and Cornbread. The Brisket: Top-notch! Beautiful texture, incredible smoke flavor, and that delicious bark on top! You know brisket is done right when the smoky flavor travels right up the back of your nose as you chew. That's REAL BBQ! The Hickory Sausage: Every bit as impressive. Perfectly smoked, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Potato Salad: Tasty, beautifully balanced, and the perfect complement to all that smoky meat. THE CORNBREAD! Finally, cornbread in Newh England that's actually PROUD TO BE CORNBREAD! Too many places up here make what amounts to a flour cake with a smidgen of cornmeal thrown in. Not here! Perfect texture, wonderful density, and that unmistakable CORN flavor. Outstanding! Our other plate featured Pork Belly and Pulled Pork. Again, beautifully smoked, tender, and full of flavor. The baked beans were terrific, and so was the coleslaw! Having lived in Texas and enjoyed some of the finest barbecue in San Antonio and Austin, I know what great Texas BBQ should taste like. This place does TEXAS BBQ JUSTICE! And coming from this Texas BBQ lover, that's one heck of a compliment!

I decided to go with the Korean bibimbap. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. I usually love bibimbap, but this version was extremely greasy and lacked the spice and bold flavor I was expecting. The gochujang sauce was pretty bland, and even after asking for more, it didn't make much of a difference. The rice had the crispy bottom you want in a bibimbap, but it still lacked that punch of flavor that makes the dish so satisfying. Overall, it felt like a very tamed-down version of bibimbap. The concept and menu are interesting, but this particular dish left me wanting more. Service was friendly but slow. I would still go back to the is place and give it another try.

The server was great and the place is unique, but the pour of wine I got for $12 left something to be desired. I was given a stemless glass of wine with less than six ounces of wine in it. The food had great flavor but the portion was drastically lacking. I ordered the dumpling pow bowl that was advertised to have dumplings and cauliflower in a Sriracha miso glaze. The bowl I got was the size of a cereal bowl. It had a very thin layer of diced cabbage with two dumplings cut in half and barely any cauliflower bits. My partner got a great sandwich, but the server asked if he wanted to upgrade for fries and he decided to get the curry fries. This was charged as a total additional side for $5.50, $4 for the fries, and 75 cents each for the curry mayo and the curry ketchup. If they are going to charge it this way, he should have received the chips as well. This was very misleading. The portions were totally off and ended up making the experience very bad for us. I can say we will never be back to this establishment and that saddens us, as my partner had fond memories of going to the Portsmouth location.

The prices here seem reasonable, most made to order items $5-$10 range. Place your order at the deli counter (they give you an order slip to bring over to pay at the market register, and pick up your prepared food at the deli counter. Besides prepared food items, the market offers a variety of cold beers (including NH beers), bottled soft drinks, juices, water, wine, hot coffee, snacks, candy, bread products, NH maple syrup, fresh berries, and NH Lottery scratch tickets. There is also an ice cream trailer outside next to the building too! I stopped in here twice this week, for takeout dinner and takeout lunch. Earlier this week, I stopped in here around 7:15 PM near closing time, but the deli/grill counter was closed for the day (closes at 5 PM), so I was limited to grab & go items only. I picked up a container of homemade macaroni salad ($3.25/lb plus tax) and a microwave & serve Jambalaya ($5.99 plus tax) to enjoy at home. The macaroni salad had a mix of soft ridged elbows, chopped celery, red peppers, tomatoes, seasonings in a light mayo dressing. The Jambalaya (heated in microwave) had a medium spicy flavor with a mix of red beans, onions, green peppers, tomatoes, chicken, smoked sausage and long grain rice in a tomato broth. Later this week, I stopped in here around lunch time and the place was very busy, parking lot very full. I placed my order the deli/grill counter for the Our Cuban Sub ($8.50 plus tax) and also grabbed a container of Garden Salad ($3.95/lb plus tax). Since the place was very busy, it took about 15 minutes before my name was called to pick up my sub. The Our Cuban Sub (7") was thick and heavy, layered with slices of grilled deli ham, tender carved pork, chopped dill pickles, yellow mustard, melted provolone cheese on a thick soft chewy toasted white sub roll. The Garden Salad had a mix of farfalle (bowtie) pasta, chopped red peppers, green peppers, green zucchini, yellow zucchini, spinach, cheese in a light oil dressing. Overall, the food I ordered from Flanagan's South Ender was excellent and freshly prepared. I will definitely have to stop in here for breakfast takeout before work shift.
