The patty itself was tender and moist, and the burger managed to actually be somewhat smoky! Considering how I only paid HK$99 for this meal in Central, not a bad deal. Might come back and try their shakes the next time around.

Whether you are looking for some good cuts for a BBQ or a weekly delivery of chicken/salmon filet/beef, Chef's Choice seem like a prime spot to pick up your proteins. They have a fresh case of meats and there is also some they have prepared and prepackaged up for take away in their frig. Go grab a sandwich one day and try them out for yourself.
