They used a bold, but fragrant thousand island dressing as it's main sauce, with plenty of onions, and pickles. The patty itself was tender and moist, and the burger managed to actually be somewhat smoky! Considering how I only paid HK$99 for this meal in Central, not a bad deal. Whether you are looking for some good cuts for a BBQ or a weekly delivery of chicken/salmon filet/beef, Chef's Choice seem like a prime spot to pick up your proteins. They have a fresh case of meats and there is also some they have prepared and prepackaged up for take away in their frig. Go grab a sandwich one day and try them out for yourself.

The fries were crunchy and well seasoned. I did also grab a few fries from my friend's order of chilli fries, and while the chilli tastes nice, you can really taste the lack of Cajun spices. I also feel slightly betrayed that they used velvita instead of cheddar despite calling it cheddar chilli fries.
