When we came back to the table, the manager floating around offered my daughter 2 small duckies for her to play with and keep. Once our food arrived, we dug in. I ordered my wings garlic parmesan. These were the best wings I have had in a while and the next time I want wings, I will be back for these. They were flavorful, meaty and decently sized. The crunch on these was next level and I truly hope they are the exact same the next time I visit. My flatbread was also good. There were four tables in the front available; however, one had empty drink cups. The manager took the cups and told us she would be back to clean the table. After waiting about five minutes, we cleaned the table ourselves and sat down. With one empty table remaining, a customer wrote "reserved" on a napkin and placed it on the last open table. I watched as a couple searched for a seat, eventually moving the napkin and sitting down to order. The customer who had reserved the table for a friend complained to the manager, who then made the couple move. It seems you can just write "reserved" on a napkin, place it on every table, and essentially reserve the entire place for your friends. Despite the poor customer service, our waitress was awesome, and overall, the food was good. Just message a friend and they can reserve you a table with a napkin.
