Decided to give this place another try and ordered a to-go meal, specifically a burger and wings with fries special. I requested crispy fries, but if those were considered crispy, I can only imagine the regular ones must be super mushy. The food was below average and not that great, especially for the price. The burger lacked flavor, the wings were underwhelming, and the fries didn't meet the crispy standard I was hoping for. For the cost, I expected a better experience. Beef O Brady's is amazing. But can be a little slow on Sunday's but I get it, football and all I get it. The food is great but if you don't like spice DO NOT order the Asian cuisine. We have been here many times and this was the first time we have been since May, and the new staff was definitely a desperate hire. After concert stop for a late dinner. Sat ourselves and waited, then waited some more before a sweet young lady brought menus and took our drink order. We then ordered and it took another 20 minutes for our food to arrive. We began to eat when I noticed my barbecue meat was cold. I soldered on but I finally had to call our waitress and complain. She went into the back and brought out three times the meat i.originally had, smoking hot! You really can't complain when they make right, what was wrong. We finally decided that because it was so cold in the restaurant that the food was getting cold b4 you ate it. If I could give this restaurant a zero... I would. While having a meal at the restaurant, my daughter detected a strong smell of Pot on the server. I also noticed the server was not really engaged in her job which was to serve us. I found the restaurant old and dated, needed new seat on the booths, floor were horrible, and the food was not good enough for the prices they are charging. It seems that Georgia did legalize the use of marijuana, and apparently I didn't get that memo... I won't be back to eat there, and I will make sure my friends and family don't either. Went on a Sunday with parents, one waitress with 3 others standing around. Ordered fried pickles, they came out hot and were delicious. Ordered our meals and all fries for each meal were cold. First time, last time. Worst dining experience of any restaurant ever. We aren't ones to complain, but gracious this was bad. Beginning with our waitress, who had 3 inch nails, she also had her hair down and kept brushing it back. (Ironically had hair in our fries later in the night.) She then insisted on touching our 8 month baby...we were nice about it, but, there's no need to touch patrons, much less people's babies. We then waited about 45 minutes for our food. At which time no silverware was set (this comes into play later) and only one refill happened. The food came out... My wife and mother's fries were cold, I got fresh fries so that was a clear distinction in what was fresh and fries that should have never been served. My 90 year old grandmother asked for mashed potatoes, and it was the saddest little bowl of potatoes. And she had no silverware to eat with....again it had been almost an hour since we were seated and still had nothing to eat with....by the time we were able to flag down our waitress, it had been about 10 minutes. We were given silverware, thank you...and new fries were to be replacing our new ones soon....again, thank you......or not, the new fries had hair in them and we did not eat them. I then stood up with our baby, as we had been there for a long time at this point and he was finally getting fussy...I began to watch the serving floor. There were whole sections of the night that there was not a single person from the staff on the floor; no hostess, no waitresses, and no one at the bar. When we went to complain about our experiences, our waitress disappeared for over 10 minutes. Not sure if she was also cooking due to being short staffed, but it was really frustrating trying to get wrapped up with our evening that she was not present. We then spoke with another waitress about needing to speak with a manager. IF there was a manager, she was too busy in the kitchen to deal with complaints. And our waitress was all of a sudden promoted to a some sort of manager and was able to remedy our problems...just kidding. Again we spelled out our frustrations with the evening. She went to the back to relay the message to her manager again....and came back with the check. The audacity of that response....even if a portion was comped, she came back out waving it like we needed to just accept whatever she decided to make us pay for....she was so rude every time we had a new thing that made our experience worse. We told her that we were not going to pay for the experience, to which her response was to say "that's okay" and crumble up the receipt in our faces and stormed away...this all while carrying other people's food, so she was not making customer service her priority by not being focused on the customers with frustrations. We left without paying, but again we were told "that's okay." So can't come after us for not paying...and do not worry we will never be back. So don't worry about banning us. All of this is being said in a hopes the management, and staff can learn from these experiences and hopefully create a better environment for more customers. P.s. the food is so greasy and gross and the floors in the entire place are sticky. read more

My family and I moved to GA in 2018 and Beef's instantly became one of our favorite places to eat. The kids LOVED the traditional wing kids meal. I loved the steak burrito. We loved the spicy garlic wings. Reason I'm using past tense, they no longer have the kids meal, burrito, OR spicy garlic sauce. We went to eat tonight even though it has been going downhill for a while now. They had a wing deal, buy 20 get 10 free. You could only select ONE sauce? Wtf? We waited forever just for the wings to be disgusting. The meat tasted old, like old prior to cooking, AND they weren't even hot when they came out. Had to ask for more sauce because the wings were practically naked. Then instead of telling us they didn't have the kids meal, they charged us for two 6 piece wings, 2 sides of fries, and 2 kids drinks. Needless to say, that was a lot of money for 2 kids under 7. I haven't even commented on the state of the restaurant. The floors/tables were sticky, bathroom was disgusting with stuff floating in the soap dispenser. No paper towels to dry your hands. I tend to be a very positive person, but I couldn't hold back. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. We loved ya Beef's, but it's over between us. read more

I've always have a great experience here, but last night we were waiting on my daughter to meet us and it held up ordering our meals. We had a very sweet girl taking care of us for appetizers and beverages, but then I guess there was a shift change and we had Abigail the rest of the night. She was so sweet and patient with us! Our food was great, service was great. I just wish they were closer to us. What's even more amazing is when I get emails for feedback, I send them; good or bad. They always respond! I doubt all Beef O' Brady's manage themselves as well as this one! Our food consisted of pickle chips, chicken fingers kids meal (huge pieces of chicken and only $1.99 on Tuesdays), fish and chips meal, and 3 different boneless wings meals...all delicious! read more

My family moved to Jefferson in 2016. At first we found the restaurant to be a family favorite. Over the past year or so the restaurant switched from private management to corporate, Quality and selection of food and beverage has hit the bottom. Tonight was our third strike event. The food was cold and likely cooked yesterday, nothing tasted fresh. The fries could be used yo strap a flat bed load for security. The staff was friendly and courteous as usual. The quality is not their doing. I tipped as if the food was acceptable but I can't see us returning until I see reports that the quality had improved. My hubby and I went last week... terrible service, the water was undrinkable tap unfiltered tasted, service was awful, I order the steak fajitas they were grease onions with tree pieces of stake, on top of that the "waitress" put right as close to me the hot splattering plate and ruined with grease my new blouse, hubby orders the chicken salad the salad tasted chemical and the chicken was tuff and tasteless, the waitresses only walk around with either very short cheeky shorts or thigh pants and they do no care for the real food service.
