Went in Friday night with my family. Seated immediately behind the hostess stand. Reviewed the menu for 5 minutes. Continued to wait for a server and we were constantly passed by, as they serviced other tables. Waited another 5 minutes and witnessed them hanging out by the kitchen. Decided we waited long enough and walked out. We've been here when it's been packed to the max and received better service. This night was a rather dead one. Very disappointing. read more

Went there tonight and it was awful. We sat in the bar and were the only table with customers. The bartender/server was not attentive to our table at all. All 4 of us were brought our food at different times so our food was cold by the time we were all served. She did not notice another person joined our party. Well, I am going to give them a break, at least for now, and rate this a 5-star. I had the O'brady burger, and though I don't really care for cheese, I have to say that this was an excellent hamburger, (it's in my top 10). My wife and I both had the straight fries and they were as good as they can get. My wife had the philly cheese sandwich and she enjoyed it, but I had a bite and I would say that it was simply okay. The catch is that we both ordered a margarita and it was a little dull. But my wife reminded me that it does say on the menu that it will be made with a "mix". Well, that explains it, and it was a fair price for what you get. So, for now, a five star it is. read more

The quality of food is terrible and service is dependent on who your waiter/waitress is. My experience at the time of writing this post was less than desired- the bartender did not seem to be capable of reading "their" customers. 2 people sent food back during my 40 minute visit. Slow and inattentive, but very nice. The only thing worth ordering on the menu is chicken wings. Everything else is bland, frozen, microwaved and will make you regret having chosen Beef O Brady's. My wife suggest that we eat a Beef's because we're hungry and we're close. Should have traveled to Grape Road. We sat for over 20 minutes to be served. Then it took over 30 minutes to get our food. When the food arrives they forgot to place my order and couldn't remember what I ordered. "We'll take care of it" -- really $5 off is how you take care of it? Even if it was the best meal that I had all week I wouldn't come back for piss pour service. My simple hamburger (once it finally arrived) was mostly bun. I've been here twice. Not impressed. The food has always appeared to be frozen, reheated, not tasty and non-flavorful. It is presented well, but absent taste. Burgers were blah, but looked very pretty when brought out. Same with sampler platter. Free wifi and meeting room (with purchases) are nice touches. The quality of the food has really been upgraded the last couple of years. They switched meat I believe recently, and it has made the burgers much tastier, and I enjoy the fries and chips. I have had about 8-9 different items off their menu and they are all tasty. The appetizers are good and the atmosphere is fun. They have a night where they play games, and although we don't partake in that it makes for a fun environment. The service is hit or miss, that's my only knock. read more

I had a lovely time here but unfortunately for my significant other it was quite a different experience. She ordered the Philly cheese steak with pepperjack cheese. once she got it it had provolone, they took it back and brought it back moments later. It was microwaved and the provolone cheese was scraped off and replaced. same sandwiche. After everything was said and done she got her sanwhich remade togo and it was taken off the bill. Seriously go to sams buy the marinated chicken breasts, & the frozen hamburger patties , and nuke them. There ya go. Not very happy. Every one of our orders were screwed up from start to finish. On my order I wanted fries. Waitress said they had no fries so I ordered chips and said to double check on the fries. When the orders came she spilled the chips all over the table and some orders had fries. I reminded her that I wanted the fries. She put an order in but then charged me for her error. This was my first time at the restaurant, and I must say the experience was great. We were celebrating a birthday and brought in our own cake. They had no problem with that. We ordered the sampler appetizer which tasted great. All of our food tasted great, but my sister in law did not like what she ordered. She didn't make a fuss. She just quietly said she didn't really like it. The manager or possibly owner came up to our table to see if there was a problem, and no questions asked he brought her something that she loved. Good food and good atmosphere. We have driven by here countless times. Met friends here for a Sunday evening. We were a group of six. We got there at 5pm. They were not very busy. We were greeted and seated quickly and pleasantly. The menu had plenty to choose from without being overwhelming. All the orders were correct and as expected.
