She was upfront about what she had tried, the best sellers in the different types, and the basic flavor/taste of the various meats. I only tried the Hickory Biltong and O M G!!!! I could eat the entire bag in one sitting. I also bought 4 other flavors which I can't wait to try. The Hickory Biltong was seasoned great--not too salty, not too sweet, not fake smoke flavor. Just yum goodness. I've been reading about Biltong and wanted to try it. So glad I chose this store to try. So worth it to take a trip the The Wharf just for this!

We went back Thursday morning and got a large bag of wings. They also have a fresh salad bar and it has everything that you could want.
