I would use these sauces for, like honey chipotle barbcue, most excellent steak marinade ever & garlic herb seasoning, which I would use for my steak and chicken taco salad as an example. If you want ideas for recipes to make with their sauce and spices, they have a recipe book available & there's also a few recipes posted online.     When I walked into the store, I noticed how they keep the sauces and spices well organized along the racks & sample bar ready for customers to sample at a moment's notice. The staff that works here are friendly and knowledgeable in each one of the products available. Sometimes if you comment on how much you like what you tasted. The staff will recommend a favorite of theirs that they find go good with a particular dish. I got recommended by their cashier for a cocktail sauce on shift that I mix Nasal Napalm & Sauce Master Medium Hot Sauce. (Which I'll upload a pic) I tried it upon their recommendation & it will be the only thing I'd dip my shrimp in after seasoning it with their garlic herb seasoning. One of my favorite places to pick up a variety of hot sauces. There's wall to wall paper sauces and you can sample them all even though there might not be samples set up. Located at The Wharf near the ferris wheel in addition to hot sauces there's jellies and jams, salsas's, jerky, spices, gift packs and some other gift items to choose from. Even if you don't like hot stuff they got some sweet choices as well, like peach, cherry, cinnamon, mango and more. Reading the labels, some with funny names, is also informative and interesting so you know what they put into each of the concoctions. On my last trip recently I bought some hot sauce and sweet salsa and a diet Pepsi to put out some of the fire :) The staff here is always helpful and knowledgeable so don't hesitate to ask questions or ask for your special flavor. Bottom line:  Whether you just want to spice up your omelet or have the right stuff for cooking or that crab boil you can find it here. Recommended!! read more

So many choices of sauces and other spicy items. The owner is very passionate about his shop and service is fantastic and personable. This place has it all so great place to find something to provide that burn you're looking for when you walk in. Many options for sampling including one you need to sign a waiver for. I'm one for spicy challenges but since I had just finished a nice dinner, I just wasn't feeling it today. We bought some bloody Mary mix as well as a couple of other items. They also have online ordering with fixed shipping costs so the more you order, the better the deal. read more

This place is kinda awesome. You get to sample everything they've got in the store before purchasing, which means you get to try the blackberry mango ostrich egg and ghost pepper pancake syrup before spending $20 on a bottle (yeah, totally made that up, but you get my drift). If you like hot sauce and anything spicy then this is the place to stop by! As soon as you pass through the threshold of the business you are bombarded with the smell of spices and hot sauces. Once you are hit with the great smell you then notice how clean the store is. I have also had great customer service everytime I have been here. They have a large sampling station where you can sample a lot of the hot sauces, which is great if you do not know what kind you like. I don't normally buy the same hot sauce multiple times, but I have truly found a favorite of mine. It is called Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce. It is very hot, but it has a wonderful dark and smokey flavor to it (it does not taste like or have any chocolate in it, that is just the name of the pepper). Anytime I'm visiting Orange Beach I make sure to stop by this store! read more

Pepper Place has hundreds of different hot sauces, bbq sauce, and jellies. They have free samples through out the store. Thankfully they sell cold drinks which were well needed after tasting a bunch of the sauces. My favorite was the peach jelly. read more

The Pepper Palace is SPECTACULAR!! When you walk in you instantly smell the spices and aroma of hot sauces. There is no question that I asked that they don't seem to have an answer for, they are VERY knowledgeable on the different sauces. I love that I can try just about anything in the store without question. The samples help so much in chooses the best sauces or spices for you. Shereece was so sweet, we were her 2nd customers but she helped us first with something so we say we are her first ;) We will for sure be back to try more fire burning hot sauces and marinades for our food. We take my MIL every time she visit - she's addicted. Definitely a place to try to spice up cooking. Good place to give as gift items for people that like to try new things. Place is awesome. They have a location in Gatlinburg, TN and this is the newest one. Sharon working there is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She's great friends with the owners and is the reason why this location exists. All the spices are house made and are wonderful. We bought the World Tour Jamaica and the Creole Seasoning. It's a little pricey, but the product is high quality and great tasting. I pulled the plug and decided to sign the waiver and try The End hot sauce. Has extracts of Carolina Reaper, Scorpion and Habanero pepper. Rates at 6 million scoville units and it's insane. Good tasting and the heat lasts about 30 minutes. It's worth a stop in. read more
