I would not use this company again. The salesperson told me the boards needed to be replaced and…read morequoted me for that work. When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

They finally came this morning they did the light switch but they couldn't do the door. The company tells me your carpet was too thick. I informed them your contractor did this not me. She informed me we don't shave doors down. I responded with I have door all of them work except one. They refuse to rectify the situation. He steared us toward quite mid grade carpet at best. When carpet was delivered installer advised that he wasn't sure we would have enough. Reality was that we did have enough for probably a closet or small room. After the install we immediately noted visible seams in the middle of the room and damage to the drywall base on new drywall in my sons room. We called Yanceys and the installer came back out and said that there was nothing he could do about the seams and that the carpet looked like "different color" to him. The salesman advised at that point they would get the manufacturer involved and that's the last we heard from them. Regarding the drywall we were advised to "get a quote to fix it and as long as it's not outrageous we will pay for it". I've never dealt with a company that just really doesn't care. Very disappointed and would not recommend them at all. I will not work with them again.

He helped us restretching and cleaning our carpets. Not only he and his team did a good job, but he also was very honest with his work and his rates. Less than two hours and the carpet ripples were almost completely gone. I say almost because it was probably a 10 year old carpet and they were pretty set in.
