Also, there was "BLOODY" fingerprints on the inside rim of my new skylight, which he told me I have to clean myself with a bleach solution and roof nails left on my driveway and yard! Rob said I was getting a "FREE" upgrade (because of the wait time) to a corning roof, but when I looked at the original contract, I signed it was for a corning roof. So, what upgrade?? We purchased siding in 2019 that had a LIFETIME WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. In 2020 we noticed the siding was buckling. For the last 3 years, she has been reassuring us telling us she would take care of the issues and honor her warranty. This year, 2023, she finally sent out one of her siding guys to check out the problems with our siding. He told me that the guys that installed it used antiquated methods to install it and it all needed to be replaced. He said he told Andrea the same thing. When I called in again Andrea accused me of pulling down and reinstalling it improperly. I told her our siding had a LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor... I had no reason to mess with the siding at all and she called me a liar. Andrea hires subcontractors and then refuses to stand behind their work! It's bad business and unfair to her customers.
