I was so excited to have my poke bowl with a side of a yummy bubble tea…read more The poke still bomb, fresh and a great portion. They have pre made bowls or you can build your own which is my fav! The place clean and cute and of course, packed and full of life. The staff upbeat and friendly which is what we love! Unfortunately I had to give them one less star for this rating (compared to my previous 5 star) because their bubble tea changed, not only their packaging but their quality. The cup felt flimsy, like if you squeeze too hard might pop the cover off, no big deal if the actual drink is great, then you bypass this BUT unfortunately this has to be one of the saddest bubble tea drinks I've had in a while. The drink was warm!!! Ugh, the ice was added last so therefore it melted immediately and so by the time it got to me, warm... I'm like ok I can add ice at home lol .. I had the mango and my boyfriend the peach. Both flavors were good, but both warm with ice is just not the same. We had it with tapioca bubbles and mango/peach popping boba. The popping boba was good but the tapioca pearls were SOOO HARD and a weird orange see through color so either they weren't ready or they were old! They were so hard they kept clogging our straw and couldn't sip our drink... everything about it was just a disappointment, I was so sad because I've been going there for years and I've loved their bubble tea and never had that problem! Anyway, go for food, skip their bubble tea.

Led by Executive Chef Owner Matt Serra, they offer a unique menu that combines the traditions of Mexican cuisine with modern American twists, using the freshest and highest quality ingredients to deliver an unforgettable dining experience. With a diverse menu that includes burritos, tacos, quesadillas, house-made desserts, and smoothies, Bad Boy Burrito caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences, offering many gluten-free and vegan options." I was in the mood for street tacos after spending a beautiful day on Long Beach. Bad Boy Burrito offers numerous options: tacos, burritos, chips and dips, build your own burritos and bowls, and quesadillas. I was craving a shrimp taco and veggie taco. The shrimp tacos come chili marinated with sliced avocado, mango habanero salsa and lime. There is a choice of corn or flour tacos. The Veggie tacos come with seasonal vegetables. The shrimp taco was scrumptious: grilled shrimp with the mango salsa and a squeeze of lime combined is the go to taco. The Veggie tacos, was a bit disappointing; I love zucchini and green and red peppers. However, I wish there were other veggies like tomatoes, grilled onions, avocado etc. Additionally, the sour cream overwhelmed, too much. There is limited seating and Mexican murals adorn the walls. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is a great spot to hit before or after beach or to eat on the beach..
