The staff at this facility were incredibly helpful! As soon as I booked the unit, they called and checked to see if I had questions or concerns! I only needed the storage for about a month as I was moving, and they were helping to save me money and time at every step! Any time I walked into the office they had a smile on their face and were happy to help and answer any questions I had! They also have a truck to rent to help move stuff into the storage unit that was a way better price than any other truck rental company. I had a wonderful experience here, and definitely recommend. I had a first floor, interior 5x10 unit. It was a clean and well maintained, and a reasonable price. read more

We had only rented a storage unit for about 2 1/2 months when we got a call after a rain storm that our unit was flooded. I found out later we were one of six units that had flood damage. We weren't on an outside wall, so it was very surprising to learn that water had somehow gotten in. They gave me the number for their insurance company since I had paid the insurance fee every month, but my claim was denied because they said they don't cover surface water. I don't know how the facility could not have known that that would be excluded when they told me to call them. I lost three irreplaceable prints from 1988. Having my claim denied just poured salt on that wound. read more

After being on the first floor of this facility I give up. The first floor has flooded 4 times and this time we got damage. No on will return my calls. They knew they had a water problem and continued to rent out units without making repairs. The most disappointing thing is i have a barn that floods and could have saved myself 1,580 the last year. If you want safe storage do not rent at this location. I have spent multiple trips to check the unit when called and had to move to a dry unit last summer. That unit flooded this Sunday. read more

Was looking to rent a unit put in my info to check prices. The staff has since called me over 16 times in the several days following. They didn't even bother leaving a message until call number 7 witch all took place on the 1st day after placing a inquiry. Because of this lack of consideration and professionalism i rented a unit elsewhere. Now if only they will stop calling me daily. read more

Bee Storage-New in Apex I used this storage facility as it is well located and new. Everything is clean and they allow you to use their truck on day of move in. We have had them for less than 6 months and have 2 storage units. Both units have already had a rate increase. When we first signed with them, there was no notification stating that this would be the case. The rate increases on both units went up by 14.5% which is pretty substantial. When we called and spoke to them, they stated that rate increases occur once a year. Fun fact number one. I have had storage units in the past, in many different states and never heard or experienced this before. So beware before entering into an agreement with them, the price isn't what it seems. read more

The staff at Bee Safe in Apex are wonderful. Denisha Williams who is the manager has been helpful, responsive, extremely friendly and warm. I am storing my wine there and they have been helpful and accommodating along the way. I can't speak to competitive pricing in that there's not a lot of wine storage in the area. The facility is brand new, clean, safe and easy to access. read more
