    Yellow jackets and nest
    Kay C.

I have had a yellow jacket nest in my yard for 2 years and finally decided it was time to get rid of it. I emailed Bee's Knees last night and today they came and took care of it. The whole operation was amazing to see. Dan arrived and I showed him where the nest was. He used a vacuum to get the wasps out and then eventually was able to dig the nest out. It took a couple hours to get the whole nest out. He took the nest away with the wasps still alive and never had to spray chemicals. It is such a relief to have the nest gone and know that there is not poison in my yard and that I didn't have to kill the nest. Also it was cool to see what the nest looked like! I had no idea. Apparently they re-home the nest in an area with no people so the whole thing is very humane. This company is amazing! I highly recommend them!

Excellent company with people who know what to do. Nicole has experience with bees in all aspects. We had a small ground nest of red tail bumble bees that needed to be relocated. We first discovered this when a landscape crew starting running from a spot in the front yard. Their 1st reaction was to spray which we declined. The work was put on hold until we resolved the bees. I also have to state that when I put bee removal in my search here on Yelp to request a quote, the algorithm didn't bring up this company. Two of the four companies sent quote requests didn't even deal with bees. So look further to get what you're looking for here.

braden was the techician who came and removed the wasp nest. He was on time and got the job done. He seems to be well inform on what he was doing and gave me a brief explaination on different type of bees and wasps. glad this was taken care of in a timely manner.

We originally requested a yellowjacket nest removal, which was done professionally and noticed another hornet nest after we finished the transaction. They provided a discount and a speedy follow up on the same afternoon for the removal of the hornet nest! Can't recommend them enough.

Fast and easy! The hornets' nest was discovered and removed within a few hours. They were fast, communicative, professional, and personable. If I have any other flying insect issues, they'll be my first call. Highly recommended.

Wasp nest they removed for us

Highly recommended! We were clearing out an old cedar raised bed and realized we had a wasp (yellowjacket) nest inside the soil! We needed the nest gone so the bed couldnget hauled away before our painters arrived in 2 days! Called Bee's Knees and they were able to schedule us for the next day. They came in their suits and used a vacuum to capture most of the wasps, the dug out the nest from the soil. They'll relocate the wasps in marshlands by their house. Lots of payment options including square, and other contactless payment options. They were quick and professional. The whole thing took less than an hour and they charged exactly what they'd quoted. Highly recommended.

When I noticed that I had yellow jackets flying into my house, I was nervous that it would be a challenging problem to resolve. I contacted Bee's Knees Apiaries and they responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. They were able to come the next afternoon and were professional, thorough, and friendly. The removed the yellow jackets from the obvious location and checked several other locations as well. I feel assured by their work guarantee that in the unlikely event that the problem persists, they will take care of it. I am pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

I really appreciate their complimentary services outside of the quarterly ones if it's a particularly bad season for pests. Their technicians are great, and they try to send the same person every time, which I appreciate. My current tech, Kevin, really goes above and beyond. He noticed an area near my front door where rodents were potentially hiding, so he put down some wiring to protect the area without me asking. He also gives me at-home spider traps I can use and even disposes of them during his visits since it rather grosses me out to do so :) Also, during my most recent appointment, I was totally frazzled due to meetings happening at work, and I told Kevin to go ahead and spray my garage area, and that I'd close the garage door later when I could. What I discovered later is that Kevin actually closed the door himself without me asking, which just shows that he actually thinks about the customer and what's best for them. That defines good service. Finally, their customer service folks are also great. Whenever I've had to reschedule or have questions, they are always easy to get a hold of, prompt, and friendly. Parker Eco is the kind of company where you don't have to think too hard about using their services because they're really good at what they do. That lack of mental overhead makes it easy to recommend them!

First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up right on time, thoroughly inspected the house, gave me all the details, and walked me through the entire process with patience and clarity. He made sure I understood every step and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. His professionalism set the tone for the entire project. We then had two days of work scheduled. Both project managers, Eric and Greg, were wonderful people. They were attentive, communicative, and did their absolute best to keep everything running smoothly. I really appreciate how well they coordinated the work. The crew overall did a fantastic job -- they worked clean, were respectful of our home and space, and showed up on time every single day. You can tell they take pride in what they do. What truly sets Super Attic Solutions apart is their sense of ownership and level of commitment. They didn't just finish the job and walk away -- they followed up not once, but twice to make sure everything was top notch and that I was fully satisfied. That level of dedication and care is rare to find. You can tell this is a company that genuinely stands behind their work and treats every customer like they matter. For an $8,000 investment, that kind of commitment gives you real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend Super Attic Solutions and will be using them again in the future. Five stars well deserved.

We chose Super Attic Solutions based on their strong BBB rating, positive reviews, and the sales pitch that emphasized thorough follow‑up and post‑project support. We received three quotes for our attic and basement work; Super Attic Solutions was not the cheapest, but the promised inspections and customer care were the deciding factor for us. The crew that performed the work was respectful, efficient, and left the space clean. However, everything that happened after they left has been the opposite of what was promised. The sales rep assured us that an "inspector" would return a few weeks after completion to verify that: No rodents had re‑entered the home All work met code Any questions or concerns would be addressed He even mentioned a 6‑month follow‑up to ensure long‑term satisfaction. None of this happened. When I asked the project manager to walk the space with the crew, he was hesitant. I'm glad I insisted -- four ceiling lights were sealed incorrectly and left hanging an inch from the ceiling. I was told an "inspector" would come fix them, so the crew left and I was left with blue tape holding up my lights. A week later, our AC wouldn't shut off. I discovered the furnace (located in the attic) had been wrapped in insulation -- a fire hazard and not to code -- and no clear path had been left for HVAC access. When I called urgently, I was asked to send photos and then told a "supervisor with tons of experience" reviewed them and everything was fine. It wasn't. I had to pay an HVAC company to confirm the hazard, and only then was I told they might reimburse up to $500 because they didn't think they could send someone out. When the "inspector" finally arrived, they were not inspectors at all -- it was two members of the original crew. They fixed the lights (well no disrespect) and removed the insulation, from the furnace just laying on the air ducts. However, as we were communicating via technology translator, I could not get any answer to any questions and was told to call the office. Since then, I've left multiple messages through their AI system and sent two emails. I have given this company over 4 weeks to uphold the customer service they say they hold themselves to and I still haven't gotten a single phone call, let alone an "inspector" to look over the work, but they my check cashed. Bottom line: The initial work was fine, but the promised follow‑up and customer care simply do not exist. Once the crew leaves, you are on your own. For the price we paid and the safety risks involved, this company is not worth the money read less

They did an OUTSTANDING job finding and sealing the entry points, then clearing the old insulation and replacing with minty fresh new contemporary insulation. With the summer coming, we asked the Attic Crew to reinspect our attic fan and advise on possibly adding more. The crew arrived on time, with all their equipment, discussed our project needs with us, then promptly carried out the inspection. The Attic Crew report was A) our equipment was running fine, and needed no additional service. B) considering the tight attic space, the current fans were sufficient and no more would be needed. They're efficient and completely thorough. Shout out to the on-site project manager, Ricky Ricardo (yes, his real name, like the character from I Love Lucy, but he's a great sport about it) - who came early and stayed late to make sure we knew what was going on and were fully satisfied with the complete job, with a walkthrough and pictures of everything from end to end. Ricky is a guy who cares about a job done right and cares that the customers are completely comfortable, happy, and satisfied. Ricky came in before the crew started, walked us through how the job would go, made sure that all of our personal belongings were moved far away or protected by plastic throughout the garage and all the way through to the crawlspace access near the kitchen. The taped-up plastic "hallway" they created to prevent fiberglass and biohazard waste from leaking out into the house was going to block off part of the house, so Ricky made sure that we would have access to everything we needed, and offered to cut holes or coordinate crossings through as necessary. For the 3.5 years we've lived in this house I've been scared to even put my head down in the crawlspace, and by the end of the job I was ready to stand in there and take my own pictures of the space. Thankfully I didn't even have to take my own pictures, because Ricky organized sending me hundreds of before and after pictures from everyone on the crew. I have so many pictures now I could draw a pretty good map of my crawlspace without ever crawling through it. The price (spoiler: great!) Where other companies tried to quote for a smaller scope of work to keep costs within our budget, Attic Crew combined a completely thorough top-to-bottom job with guaranteed PSE rebates (as appropriate to our case) to meet our budget and then some. This was actually the best quote we got in two ways. First, this job was scoped to everything we wanted and more, no cutting corners. Second, it was the cheapest quote overall by about $500 thanks to PSE rebates that Attic Crew guarantees. Attic Crew takes care of the PSE rebates on their end, no paperwork for us. They included line items on the quote to show us how much we were saving from the rebates, but the sales rep, Tom, guaranteed me that even if they somehow don't qualify for the rebate from PSE, they will never charge that back to us. On top of that, they were quick to schedule the work only a week after we paid the deposit. The scope of work (extremely thorough): Removal of all old insulation and vapor barrier. Biohazard cleanout and sanitation. Crack sealing (foam, mesh, and/or cement as appropriate). Air sealing around any penetrations (vents, ducts, wires) into the house. Upgrade from 4" R-17 to 10" R-30 fiberglass insulation. Upgrade to 10-mil thickness vapor barrier. Replace dryer duct from flexible to rigid aluminum. The job was very thorough to improve our home efficiency and lock in the PSE rebates. As a bonus, they included cleanout of an abandoned rat's nest in a cabinet in the corner of the garage that the previous owner left us as a "gift" and we'd never had the equipment or PPE to properly deal with, and any rodent droppings found in the garage as well. Literally the only (very minor) issue we had was that we'd scheduled the quote on a day that turned out to be a Monday holiday. The communications were a little unclear referring to "tomorrow" rather than a specific date and ultimately they confirmed the appointment for the next business day. No harm done.
