Bee's Bakery is such a friendly restaurant. The entire staff is nice and polite. The restaurant itself has a very home like feel. I bought the steak eggs and breakfast potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. Their cinnamon roll was also very tasty. It was my birthday that day and Tyler really made me feel special. He was so sweet and offered great customer service! This place is super cute. We ended up stopping here for a coffee and baked goods. I ordered the lavender honey latte with almond milk. It was really good. They also have GF options. I had ordered the GF blueberry pineapple upside down bread but unfortunately they gave me the poppy seed one. I did not try the poppy seed bread because I am not a fan, I did give it to another customer there. By the time I noticed there was 10 people in line and I had to get on the road. I did not want to wait to return it, they seem to be popular. The ambiance is very cute and totally 70s style. They have non dairy options which is great. There is ample seating. They also serve food, but we just made a coffee run. The coffee was a 10/10. I would come back if I was in the area. read more

Had breakfast here a couple days ago. Everything was delicious! The coffee was good and strong, the food tasty. The star for me was the honey on the yogurt parfait. It was from a local vendor - Hillerman's Farm. I ask the counter staff about it, and sure enough, they sold it in the restaurant. They were extremely helpful in my inquiry. This is a total breakfast find in this small town. Highly recommend it!!! read more

I finally made it into Bee's to eat and I was not disappointed. I had to order to-go, and got the bee's breakfast sandwich with bacon. It was incredibly tasty. The tomato herb aioli made it extra delicious. The bacon was crisp but not hard. I'll bee back to try their other dishes. We were staying a couple of nights at the Hampton Inn to visit Yosemite and really wished we came here on the first day. We actually made a wrong turn and saw this cafe when we first arrived, but we decided to check it out on the morning of our last day. Anyway, we ordered a blueberry lemon Danish and a cappuccino - both were good. Well baked and light Danish - could probably skip on that frosting, but the blueberry and lemon flavors were quite good to go with the cappuccino. Now the decor of the cafe was very exquisite - vintage things from vintage condiment bar to retro couches and chairs. There were really old vintage sewing machines and various vintage items. It was like walking through a mini museum of vintage items. It felt charming and warm to see these things and to realize how much the owner of this cafe loves antiques. Oh, also there were plenty of air purifier plants for sale. I really wanted to buy some, but we were driving back to the Bay Area and didn't want to torture those little plants. I wished I had more time to just enjoy a breakfast there, but we were hurrying out to make it back to the Bay Area by lunch. Stopped her for the 1st time on Sunday. Nothing bad to say about this place at all. We had a cali burger with fries and french toast with the berry compote & eggs and sausage patty. Everything was so yumy. The staff are very nice! Clean place with cute decor and the seating on the patio has individual heat lamps over the tables to use if you wish. Definitely will go back! I hope the owners of this place read this, because they should be embarrassed and downright ashamed of their establishment and service standards that are lacking. Piss poor servers who can't even manage to wait on tables and check to see if everything is tasting okay or if everything was to our liking. Thank you to that ONE waitress who did what she could in the environment she works in. I hope she reads this and knows she was appreciated on her efforts. There was only ONE waitress that was bringing out food to tables while the rest was standing around the register on their phones and chumming it up with each other. I feel bad for this waitress having such coworkers who can't manage their wage. She was very professional and tried to do what she could, WHILE HER OTHER COWORKERS STOOD THERE DUMBFOUNDED! The kids standing around on their phones in the front, while hot food is sitting in the window getting cold is absolutely unacceptable. To have food sent back because it is not hot. Kids flirting with one another and too busy making their own drinks and writing on their cups for fun, instead of EARNING that tip THEY ASK FOR AT THE REGISTER! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! Cooks in the back take forever to make ONE BOWL OF MAC & CHEESE that was sent back for being way too cold that never came back out. Cooks that are too busy with messing around with the waitresses in the front and trying to impress one another . Your POS asks for a tip, even though the staff lacks the common knowledge on waiting tables and proper customer etiquette. Your front house staff is all too busy standing around the cash register (ALL 4 WAITRESSES), taking selfies, and on social media laughing and too busy to be alert on their tables and customers. We were looking for a good sit down lunch on our way home from Yosemite. We made the mistake of stopping at Bee's. First, no high chairs. Even fast food restaurants have high chairs. Second, horrible service. It took 45 minutes for my son's chicken tenders to come out. We had already eaten so we changed the order for "to-go". When they finally came out they were on a plate so the girl just dumped them into the box with the fries. It was unappetizing but at least he was able to eat. The place wasn't even half filled so I'm not sure why they struggled so hard. They were smart to request their tip upfront at the kiosk because they absolutely did not earn the 20%. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped at this adorable cafe for brunch and it was so good we came back every morning for the rest of our trip. The people are all super sweet and patient even though they have to deal with some of the dumbest people I've ever seen. The pastries were all so delicious (I highly recommend the sausage roll with cheese and garlic). The coffee was delicious and we have yet to try anything that we didn't like. Also I mean come on it's called Bee's how cute is that! If over whelmed the wait can be a little long but everything from the bakery is served almost immediately which makes the wait time fly by. read more
