He came by initially in the evening and couldn't get a good thermal reading on the wall where the bees were, due to the sun beating on the wall all day, so he said he would come first thing in the morning and take another reading instead of cutting away unnecessary portions of my wall. If only I had called Karo first! He even felt bad I had wasted money trying another company first. He was kind enough to speak with me on the phone and give me advice and information after I realized the aforementioned company had taken my money and let me sit with bees in my walls. When I finally decided to hire him, he came quickly, assessed and diagnosed the situation, and let me know the plan for removal. He returned, went through the process of removal, and completed the job thoroughly. He even brought some honey for me to try and inserted a piece of insulation into my wall where there had been none before. I did find some dead bees after he left, which he let me know I would, and I had to pay somebody else to patch the hole in my drywall, but he made a clean cut, returned the piece to its location, and made it an easy repair. When in need of bee removal big Caro is the man to call. He came out quickly in his bee themed truck. Upon exiting the vehicle he put on his bee suit which included a plush bee on his head. I asked caro if the bees would be relocated and he stated they would be relocated to a bee farm in Indiana. I noticed a bunch of bees congregating near my roof line and called Karo the next morning. I left him a message and he called me back 3 minutes later. I didn't know anything about bees until Karo came to our house to take care of our bee problem. A swarm of bees got under my shed, luckily I was there to see when it happened. And I was even luckier to find Karo. I called him on a Sunday and he replied almost immediately, I told him about my problem and since it was almost night time there weren't that many.
