For the past few years my mom has had bees swarming in a tree in her backyard. She has had several other bee removal companies try to remove the hive by using a spray or by covering the bees' entrance with a screen and tar. I saw a collection of bees outside my house and coming into my bathroom window and became concerned, so I called Karo. He came the next day and checked the bathroom with his heat sensor and located a swarm in my upper bathroom wall. He advised he would come back early the next morning before the sun gets too warm to start the removal. He showed up before 7am, rechecked the spot to verify their location and made a mark and then set about opening the wall and doing the bee removal. He was spot on with the hive location, and did quick work getting them relocated into a bee box. He is very knowledgeable and efficient, and gave me great advice to insulate the bathroom wall to prevent them from returning in the future.
