My daughter had an appointment too but wasn't feeling well, and since we were leaving early the next morning, I explained our situation. They went above and beyond by opening an hour early to accommodate her appointment. That level of kindness and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated. As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to like it. This was probably the cleanest salon I have ever seen! My technician was incredible. She took the time to correct some issues the last nail tech did. She then listened to what I liked and what my expectations were. I am so happy, my nails are perfect! I don't normally have pedicures, but I was so pleased with my nails. I went ahead and did that too. And to top it off, it was $10 less than what I usually pay. Just wonderful!

Uneven filing, takes more than an hour for the standard pedi, lumpy and uneven paint job and I've been nicked twice. To top it off, when you tell them, they look at you like nothing is wrong and then all of the sudden don't understand me. The woman working was so rude and they really don't care. They over book too. Things have changed and I'm not sure why. The rudeness and cluelessness I experienced today was enough to make me never come back here. Such a disservice and waist of my time!

My reinforced -with-an-acrylic-top natural nails last FIVE weeks, NEVER suffered any MOLD anywhere, NEVER CRACKED off painfully. in almost 5 years working with him! So you save money and pain! His hands are swift exacting and his keen eye and 25 years of experience allow him to work SUPER FAST. Every stroke, application , file movement is done perfectly with his experienced measuring eye- - no wasted motions at all. Incredible to watch. He uses an antifungal topical treatment too plus fine sands the underside of your nails thoroughly. They offer excellent colors in gell and non gell polishes. MANY COLORS are on work station shelves and in a large cupboard so tell him what you are looking for if you don't see it on the wall display. Twice a year I go back to Minnesota for 4 week trips to unpack / sort/ whittle down huge storage units filled with packed boxes of our belongings. The man (receptionist?)who answered rudely said, "We call it DIP POWDER here." Ok? Who cares what you call it? I just wanted to know if they did it. So against my better judgement, I ignored his rudeness and made an online appointment. The DIP POWDER is $60 there which is NUTS; however, it includes a manicure and hand massage, so I thought - no big deal. I was there 2+ hours with my nail tech working carefully on my nails. When it was time to pay, the bill was crazy expensive - $145 for my nails and a regular pedicure. I was walking away from the register doing the math in my head and that math wasn't mathing... THEN Mr. Rude asked me to come back and pay $15 MORE dollars. I asked WHY and he said, "Because you're a first time customer and we had to remove your DIP POWDER and that is someone else's work." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So my DIP POWDER nails were $75~!!! I said - WOW way to treat a FIRST TIME customer! I will not be a repeat customer! I asked WHY i was never informed of this charge before I sat down to get my nails done, and, btw, REMOVING dip powder nails is STANDARD in EVERY salon i've ever been to with no added charge!! I AGAIN asked, "WHY didn't you tell me you were going to charge me this insane amount?" He (in his sassy, rude way) said, "I don't make the prices!" and added, "You made your appointment ONLINE." Umm SO THE HECK WHAT? I didn't get my NAILS done ONLINE. I was there for more than 2 hours! Plenty of time to drop that bomb on me. HE is the one who gave me the nail color palettes before a single service was rendered. There was NO informing me of the additional charge at that time. And THEN, GET THIS ONE....I was charged almost FIVE DOLLARS to use my credit card. Do you think I was informed IN ADVANCE? I wasn't told or asked if I wanted to pay in cash instead. Do you see a pattern here? So that's $20 EXTRA that I was not informed about ahead of time. What a freaking RIP OFF. I came to Sarasota for a business trip, and right at the airport my nail broke. I had a meeting the next day and needed to find a nail salon urgently. At that point, I didn't care who did my nails, I just needed them fixed. I found Nail Addict, walked in, and Marie did my nails while Emily did my pedicure. I absolutely loved Marie. She helped me remove my old nails and when I told her what color I wanted, she immediately went to the back to find it instead of pushing me to choose from the book. She is incredibly talented. I don't know if it's her technique or what it is, but she did my nails perfectly and beautifully. I'm even tempted to get them done again before I leave, even though I don't need to. I wish we had someone like her in Arizona. Emily was such a sweetheart too. She did my pedicure and it looks amazing. The place was also decorated so cute and it's in a beautiful area.
