Place was recently bought out by a bunch of crooks have used this company for over 30 years Adrian the service writer will get your vehicle in there tear it down and then nickel and dime you with additional parts that he did not mention an original quote as I was standing there numerous guys had the same issue these people were no longer beeline these people were a ripoff I would not recommend my worst enemy to go there if I was able to leave this review with no stars I would but they forced me to use one star read more

This used to be the best shop in Columbus. Recently I took my Alfa Spider there for alignment after I rebuilt the front suspension. They ignored Alfa Romeo's instructions, which I had furnished. When they were finished the steering wheel was 15 degrees off center. When I got the car home I checked to be sure they had tightened the lock nuts and found the nuts on the center link totally backed off. Not the quality of work I expect for $125/hour. read more

I've had Bee Line work on my cars and trucks since 1985. I've never had any problems with any of the work they've done. When it comes to alignment and tire service, this is where I go. Today, I had a balance, rotation, and alignment done on my 2008 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. I hadn't had these services done to it in about a year and a half. The steering was just a little sloppy, so I had them align it. I picked it up, and it drives and handles great! So much better! I'm happy with the many years of previous work I've had done at Bee Line, and I'm very happy with the work they did today. I feel that the price is reasonable, and the work is done right. Brought my 05 Hyundai to get an alignment that was pulling to the right and when I got it out it now pulls way more to the left. Not the least truthful!!!!! Stay away!!!!! I took my dodge sprinter rv to Bee Line. To have an alignment done and to see why I had a shimmy at high speeds. Well they told me that I needed to replace the tie rod ends before I could have the alignment done. Well I didn't believe them as I only have around 68,000 miles on it. So I got the rv back and took it to another shop 3 days later and guess what... they were able to do an alignment with out replacing the tie rod end they also got rid of the shimmy by rebalancing my tires. They may seem cheep at $85 but selling work you don't need is going to cost you more. Another thing to point out is they are not a credited with the bbb, I wonder why???? read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Brought my car in for an alignment after installing new coil-overs, they charged $88, told me they would need to adjust the right front coil-over to balance the height of the car, charged another $88. I'm driving to work the next day (not even 24 hrs later), my brakes start to go out. Brake fluid is spewing out of my right front caliper. Why, because somehow the brake line had been removed and put back incorrectly. I called them about it and talked to Danny they denied ever doing it. Which is funny because he says this before he even talked to the mechanic who worked on it. So i tell him to at least talk to the mechanic who worked on it and of course he denies ever touching the brakes. In all i paid over $500 for an alignment that was only supposed to be $88. I took my Truck because it was pulling to the left i have new tires on my truck.now it Pulls to the Right.an i have everything Brand new for the suspension i Mean Everything.he told me me that it was not out of line that much to make a difference.4 me to rotate my Tires an that Should Fix The problem.i ask then why did you Charge me for a aliment if thats all I needed.I was told that there Guys work on COMMISSION. These Guys do great quality work. Support a business that is not associated with a chain business. My alignment on my toyota was originally taken to Monro Muffler brakes and they lied and didn't eve do the alignment. After service was complete my car was still pulling left. I highly recommend Bee Line Aligning service if you want to save the run around and headache from other phony alignment services. read more

This place is terrible. Called on a monday and scheduled to drop my truck off tuesday for an alignment at 7:30am. I was told my truck would be done by 3pm tuesday. They called and said it wouldnt be done until 10am wednesday so i took a half day off work so i could go get my truck at 10am. They called back again and said it wouldnt be done until 12, then called back again and said 2. When i got my truck back the toe was set and the steering wheel was completely sideways. They did not set my steering wheel. Now i will have to go somewhere else to get my truck realigned because these people cant do their jobs. Im a tech and whenever iv done an alignment i always set the steering wheel. I would of done it my self but i dont have access to an alignment rack. If i could give these people 0 stars i would because they are so bad. Dont ever go there. read more

Bee DOES NOT DO COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENT. I took my vehicle there and after they said it was aligned, it didn't feel right so I went to Sears an hour later for a free alignment check. It turns out that of the 6 specifications it was out on 4 of them: Left and right Camber was out of the specificed range and left and right Toe was also out of the range. Only Caster was set correctly. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They may be cheaper than other shops who do alignment, but the other places will align it correctly since it will be done by computer and will have a printout you can use to verify the work. AVOID this place. read more

Was referred by a couple people to check out Beeline for a front-end alignment. Was pretty disappointed in the service I received afterwards. First, it took them almost 3 hours to supposedly "fix" the steering/alignment issue, which I never had anticipated on it taking that long. Secondly, my alignment was worse after they worked on it. Beeline also said I needed my tires rotated and balanced after I had already paid another tire company to have that done, but they insisted that it would "fix" my issue. It may have fixed my steering wheel from shaking, but it did NOT fix my alignment. I called them the next day to ask if there was a time where I could come in and have them look at it to see what the problem was, but was informed that "I needed new tires in order to fix the problem." and wasn't even offered additional service after paying them over $100 to "fix" my alignment!!! I contacted a friend of mine who told me to bring my car over to have him look at it. About 20 minutes later he had my alignment in perfect condition. This would have been an EASY fix for Beeline if they would have offered me to bring it in to have it checked out, but they didn't even offer the service and didn't seem to care that I was JUST in 24 hrs before that to have them work on my car. Pretty disappointed in the service and won't be recommending it. Better off going to Firestone and paying $30 more for better service and assistance! read more

Not a great experience with this shop. I brought them an unusual car, a 1974 Bradley gt (vw beetle kit car), but they said they could handle it when I made the appointment. I thought I should get it aligned after changing out the tie rods. In short, they "aligned it" but now it drifts to the right. The steering wheel visibly turns right if you let go. I took it back in for them to look at again, especially since I didn't think it did that before we started aligning it. They took a quick look then a mechanic came out to basically tell me there is nothing wrong with. I told him its pulling to the right. He condescendingly told me that they drive these cars before they work on them and that it was pulling to the right before I brought it in. He was really rude and unhelpful. He seemed to think I was trying to cheat the shop by asking that my car drive straight down the street after being aligned by professionals. This is an ALIGNMENT shop.... I guess if you want your car "aligned" but still pulling to one side, these are your guys... read more
