I came here for a tire. I was asked to sit in the car while the tire was being put on. I just had a slow leak because I had a gash in my tire previously so I just got a used one. While they were taking my tire off, they had some difficulty and was hitting the tire to get it off. Then once it's finally off, they showed me the rim which is now bent. Now the tire I got from them barely will hold air and I have to fill it up three times a day. previously to coming there, my tire had a slow leak & my rim was not bent. read more

honest people! I took my car to Midas because I had a slow tire leak... Midas advertised that they repair tires for free...they told me that I needed a new tire and that it couldn't be plugged. they said the nail was in the sidewall...not repairable... i decided to take my car to DTT and the man said he could repair it. $20 and he fixed my tire! I appreciate his honesty because he could have sold me a tire since I told him I needed one...( not knowing.) Thank you so much! we are a customer for life. read more

We needed an alternator for my wife's car...on a Saturday. We called DTT on a friend's recommendation. We'd spoken with multiple other local garages. DTT was less expensive on labor and we were able to get the part at a significantly lower cost than quoted by others. They were also willing and able to get it to us in the same day despite it being after their posted closing time. They were polite and focused was on satisfying the customer. read more

She REALLY thinks she took them her car full of gas and they returned it empty? Like they drove your car around for 200 miles after working on it? How dumb can these "reviewers" be? I'm perplexed that other folks have given poor reviews for DTT tire. I've had great experiences here. They've saved me hundreds of dollars over the past couple years on tires for multiple cars. More recently I've had car repairs done here far less than anywhere else. I used to have car repair done at Grismer Tire, I had a credit card through them so it was convenient when cash was tight. Little did I know I was paying more than double for repairs. 3 years ago Grismer replaced my front passenger side axel on my 2009 Mazda 5 for $695. DTT replaced the exact same part on my 2012 Mazda 5 for less than half that amount. My son had brakes and rotors replaced on his Jeep at DTT on Friday, less than $500. Also they won't tell you things need fixed unless they actually need fixed. When I got 4 new tires for my car, I thought for sure I would need an alignment and they said, let us put the new tires on and check it out 1st. They said there's no reason to do an alignment and you to pay for it if it's not needed. And, I actually did not need it done after the new tires were on. They could have easily said we will do the alignment and taken advantage of me as I wove the opportunity in front of them telling them I thought it needed done but that's not how they operate. They are honest and up front. DTT will be the 1st and only place I go for car repairs moving forward and I will recommend them to others as well. read more

When you give them a car full gas then they give it to you like that and when i ask him he give me bad attitude and they didn't fix the car in the right way i already pay 940.00$ and i have to take it to another mechanic to fix the car, check the car key how he give it to me !!!!!!! "AS BAD AS IT GETS" My alignment was thrown off terribly after hitting a huge pot hole in my car. It popped my tire. I was in a bind with money and this place is known for having good deals. I immediately set up an appointment to have this fixed at there shop. THREE DAYS in a row I came in and was turned away after being told to come back the next day. The guy running the shop gave me not one ounce of eye contact. They had my tire I needed and it was the cheapest Of any other place near them. It's not a good idea to put a tire on without an alignment but that's the spot they put me in. It was too dangerous for my 4 kids to be driving on a doughnut. After I asked the man who was running the shop if he could make that happen he said "give me a minute" just like that and walked away texting someone on his phone. He had been on his phone the entire time staring at it while I was talking, ( i hate that) after me sitting there for 30 minutes he comes out and says you'll have to put this on yourself. We don't have time. They made me put my tire on myself with my own tools out in there parking lot because they were "too busy". I couldn't even fathom this. there was one car on the rack. There were two racks and 4 total employees. 1 was working the others chain smoking and speaking Russian clearly so I couldn't hear what they were saying. I apparently upset them for wanting to do business. NOT worth saving 20 bucks over!!! read more

I have used DTT many times and never had a bad experence. Good quality tires for the price. Wait time is less than the name brand stores which will let you rot in there waiting area. This place is worth seeing what they have. If they don't have the size you need today, they are constantly getting more tires and chances are will have it in a day or two. read more

My car did not have a huge issue to fix but when I took it to them, they drained all the oil out my car. Then they tried to tell me there was a huge issue and charge me WAY more than I needed to pay. They also had a huge attitude when they spoke to me. Very bad business!!!! Don't go to them if you need to fix your car. read more

Got a set of tires here after previously working with DTT in Reynoldsburg, I needed a set of 175/65R15 which I was told they had. Got there and they weren't in the best condition so was told he had another set the size was a bit different 185/60R15 but it wouldn't change or affect anything but they were more expensive. So i said ok and also went ahead and got an alignment.After noticing these tires felt a little off I looked into the tire sizes and my car. Find out the tires they gave me are for minivans? WHAT? I drive a prius first off, I averaged about 54mpg to and from work. I now am averaging 42mpg with these tires that weren't suppost to make a difference so they said. My dad called to talk to them and all they offered to switch me to the tires we originally went to look at,mind you these tires were also 20$ less and much worse tread, and to pay 40$ to install the tires and of course that means I'd have to throw in another alignment for 50$ totaling in over 100$ loss for worse treaded tires that look worse than what I had before. You've got to be kidding me. Won't deal with DTT in Hilliard again. Won't recommend. Not happy. Waste of time and money. Will go elsewhere. read more
