Auto Emporium Inc. - When we say we're a family business...we mean it! Here's our family that keeps on growing!

I'm the daughter of a mechanic and my dad was unable to service my car with him because he's in the…read morehospital. Because of that, I'm ABSOLUTELY weary of mechanics because I've been done dirty of ones who don't have the same integrity as my dad. Lots of unnecessary up-selling and repairs unnecessary for a rebuilt salvage title vehicle and TONS of scare tactics to make more money (very common with single women trying to get car repairs) That being said: my experience at Auto Emporium was a breath of fresh air after a ton of bad experiences. I had a general idea what was wrong with my car (difficulty starting/misfiring/stalling). They took detailed notes in what I could provide about the problem and instead of wasting time digging around, they reached back out to me for additional rounds of questions TO REALLY pinpoint what the root problem was. Too many mechanics are too stubborn to reach back out for questions of the owners which can help diagnose problems sooner - it's a huge time waster!! So having their staff with a running list of questions had my car fixed SAME DAY. That timeframe was absolutely insane to me. I love that they also took the time out to itemize EVERYTHING that came up on the inspection and while that did have a price tag, I now have a to-do list of the next repairs coming up so I can save up for them. It's relieving having answers for things that could be problems later. Additionally, since like-items were itemized I could pick and choose the repairs that absolutely needed to be done for this visit. One of my concerns was the hours of operation, but they have a great little lockbox system for car/key dropoffs. So don't let that deter you from using their services! All my in person/text/phone interactions were all great! My car is starting and running beautifully again after them flushing out my transmission system same day (which is a huge relief because I was trying to organize rides for 3am work shifts) That being said, if my dad is still out of commission for the other identified issues, I would totally come back and have them do the repairs.

Took my murano in on Monday to see what was causing the issues in the front of my car. Zack and Ron…read morewere able to figure out I needed new sway bars and brakes and rotors on the front since the Nissan dealership I bought it from didn't look at the car before selling it to me. The rotors and brakes were not the correct ones for my car. I scheduled my car to be serviced for Thursday and got finished with work early Wednesday took my car in to drop it off and ask if they could possibly get the car done that day. They cranked it out so now I can get a full days work done on Thursday. I can't say enough good things about this place they always take great care of our cars and never overcharge me like Dealerships do. Thank you again Zack and Ron!!!

First time coming here and my experience of service was horrible. My appointment was for 1pm and…read morethey finally took my car back at 1:40pm. As time goes by I ask one of the gentleman how much my service was gonna be. For 2 front rotors and 2 brake pads over $500. At that point I was already there a hour and haft. They never mentioned to me it was going to be a long waiting game cause they don't have the parts. 3:00pm parts arrived but still not working on my car. I had another appointment I had to go to. I didn't know I was going to be waiting for 3 hours for them to do nothing for my car. Mind you it was going to take another hour to put them on. You had 4 workers in the shop. And all these customers coming in not knowing they are gonna be waiting forever. Do you think we have all hours of the day just to have some of these services not to take over 2 hours. There was another customer who car sat in the parking lot for a hour and he was told his service would take 30min. Clearly that is a lie and that man has to spend 2 hours just for a 30min alignment. Oh this poor lady I felt sorry for her. She had a nice car with big tiers on it. Got a flat tire which I heard loudly it would cost her $250 but it gets better. Then they tell her that her other front tire is in bad shape. She will have to get another tier. She told me she felt pressure to get a second tire done. Her total with taxes was close to $500. Y'all need to work better with your customers service to people and be more up front if you don't have the parts at the shop. I recommend drive on over to Richey Tire and Service. Travis help got me an appointment asap and he treated me with better customers service. Cherry on top...their prices are cheaper too.

My only regret about JASC is that I didn't start taking my car to them sooner. As a woman with next…read moreto no knowledge re: auto matters, I have spent years taking my car to the dealership and always feel like I am being talked over, possibly duped and definitely upsold. After years of seeing JASC pop up on NextDoor with reviews so glowing I thought, "Can this possibly be for real?" I finally ended up giving them a go. From the moment I connected with Andrew and David it was clear this was going to be a car experience unlike anything I had known. From the very first conversation, I felt like I was talking to friends who had my best interest at heart -- from safety to money matters. They took time to explain everything in detail, staying in touch via text at each step of the process to keep me updated. Not only did they not try to upsell me on anything, David actually called and had me bring over some extra lug nuts I had at the house because he "didn't want to sell me something I already had." In addition to their extremely efficient no-contact, COVID-safe process, I was also delighted to discover that JASC has been involved in several community and give-back initiatives ranging from Hilliard community gatherings to toy drives to Honor Flight sponsorships. It's a pleasure to support a local company that is doing good business and doing good for the community. So here I am, another JASC fan writing a glowing message that will possibly make you wonder, "Is this for real?" Like me, I hope curiosity gets the best of you and inspires you to give them a try because you will not be disappointed.

Reasons I would not return : 1. Not being forthright. Mgr did not inform me that they couldn't do…read morethe service I requested. My car was sent to another shop. I would've appreciated an honest response so I could've taken my car to a shop that does wheel alignments. The car was aligned twice due to steering wheel not being straight while driving. 2. Owner admitted that an inspection was not done even though the repair order/invoice directly states it. He insinuated it was my fault because I didn't allow the shop to perform it. When a car is ready & the customer picks up their car. I would logically assume all the work is completed, including the inspection. 3. Lastly, the owner's attitude on the phone conversation was not professional ( insinuating I was part of the problem). Lesson learned: always confirm that the auto shop that you do business will do the work & not contract to another shop.

Murphy Mobile Mechanic Service is Excellent and a life saver…read more One day my girlfriend's car didnt start. I thought it was the starter based on what I was hearing. But I wasn't 100%. So my girlfriend was going to take it to a shop and was quoted over a grand. So Instead I looked on yelp and found Murphy's and requested a quote at about 10:50pm on a Friday night. I got a text to my cell phone at 11:02pm just minute's later!! He asked me what I heard and he agreed that it sounded like the starter. He got all the information about the car and said he would contact me in the morning. The very next morning he called me and got the part and was headed over to my apartment to help. He got here quickly and tested to make sure it was the starter before he installed it to save time and money. And got it installed and ready and working perfectly in about 30-40 minutes. He charged us for the part he brought for us and the labor and we ended up paying around 600 bucks when we would have been paying at LEAST twice that at a shop, and we didn't have to worry about towing the car to a shop or anything since he came to us. We were extremely happy and I'd recommend him to anyone. I believe his name was John, If I'm incorrect I'm sorry lol. But he was very good, quick, knowledgeable and convenient. I took his business card and will definitely give him a call for future issues.
