They told me it was an alignment issue, I paid for an alignment, and it did not fix the issue. They told me that I would need to pay for a diagnostic to find the true cause of the issue. I left the Nissan dealership dissatisfied and went to this Tire Discounters location. Matt set me up with an appointment and was VERY thorough in listening to the issue I had with my car and working to resolve the issue. He had the technician drive my car to get an understanding of what I was taking about and showed me what he was talking about under the chassis of my car. I needed a new set of tires. I left the location with a better understanding of tires and a smooth driving car. It's important to me that my car is well taken care of and that my mechanic is thorough in addressing any issues that I have with my car. Unfortunately, I did not get that from the dealership but I did find that quality and care with Matt at Tire Discounters. I look forward to visiting them for my service needs.
