Bee Cave Jewelers off Manchaca and Slaughter (same area where HEB is) Outstanding first class. I took a precious cross that was my Dads into Bee cave to be fixed. The hoop had broken, because my Dad wore it everyday it had warn out bad and could no longer be held on a chain. Bee cave said they would have items done in about a week. And to my surprise they called me the next day and the job had been done. Absolutely Amazing work and super fast turnaround. read more

Have I ever told you how much I Bee Cave Jewelers in South Austin? I was playing around with some jewelry yesterday and a chunk of turquoise fell out of a piece. I zipped up to BCJ this morning, they said "easy fix, ready later today," and my receipt said N/C. WHUT? NO CHARGE? They are always ready to solve my jewelry mis-haps, with helpful advice and a smile... (and they said "N/C" cuz I bring them so much business/mis-haps). read more

They were nice. I enjoyed them. I believe the jeweler's name was Nick. He's a character.

Bee Caves really hooked me up. I had ordered a San Martin watch from China but the bracelet arrived broken. I was so excited to wear it and was so sad it was broken. Bee Caves was not snooty at all about working on a Chinese homage and had it fixed in five minutes for twelve dollars parts and labor combined. I would go back in a heart beat. They were understanding and pleasant. read more

Nice people did great work and did it fast (next day). My necklace lost a gold screw/pin thingy that holds the antique coin charm in place. They looked up the screw/pin cost in their jeweler's catalog of parts and didn't love the $90+ cost. So the repair person made his own tiny gold acrew and charged me $15. That's so cool. read more

I went in to get ring fixed and found an awesome jeweler who not only does repairs but is very talented with ring design . The lady of the store and the jeweler were very nice and informative . He repaired my ring and he saved us money while doing it. It is beautiful and he put a battery in my husbands watch

I just went in to have my watch band adjusted and take a link out and the lady behind the counter was very attentive having me show her my watch on my arm to get an idea of how many links to take out. She took the watch back and in no time had it adjusted and had me try it on to make sure I was happy with it. Reasonable price $15 fast friendly service. read more

Excellent work on resizing a ring for me. The service cost was very reasonable and my ring was ready the very next day. I now have a new jeweler! All from the past have closed up shop. Please support local businesses! read more

this place is not professional we dropped off a necklace and a bracelet to make them smaller size. They give us the receipt with the fee amount at the day of pick up. They doubled the price claiming it took more time and the job was done horribly bad. I was visiting in town, and did not wanna argue much because I had to catch the flight be aware this place is not honest specially when the owner were there and he played stupid and didn't act the right way to protect the reputation of the place . be aware read more

I had a horrible experience at Kay's Jeweler at Barton Creek so I did some research. This place didn't disappoint! Got my ring sized smaller in lightning speed but I want to feel special so not going to say how fast...but Kay's told me two weeks! They cut that time in more than half! Can't even tell the ring was touched except how sparkly it is! Now no more extra plastic piece in my ring so it doesn't fall off. Fair priced too! read more

I went in on a Saturday to request two items of jewelry be soldered. Due to the their reduced hours it was better for me to come in on the weekend. After receiving numerous calls to come pick up my jewelry I had to explain to them I would try my best to come in as soon as possible but it was hard for me during the week. I made preparations to come in during the week to pick up my jewelry. When I received the jewelry and did my own inspection, I noticed that the primary work I requested wasnt even completed. I was very annoyed at the fact that they rushed me to pick up my jewelry and did not even try to compensate me for the hassle of having the wait for them to complete the work again. Although frustrated, I will continue to support small businesses. read more

Excellent work, friendly, and conducts business the right way. I couldn't speak more highly of them!

I have had nothing but the best service and the best jewelry that will be past down to my children one day. I recommend this jewelry store for the beautiful gold rings and diamonds. They also have a great variety of watches to choice from. lastly, I'd you're tying the knot, this is the place to find that special ring! read more

There is no substitute for this level of customer service. I had relinquished my sentimental favorite, a black Seiko my then-fiancé gifted me years ago. The metal snap-band had broken, also years ago. I took it in today to BCJ to see if I could get a low-priced replacement band, as a piece of the original had broken off. To my surprise, the owner found an ingenious way to repair it (no charge), and after having him replace the battery I walked out with a beautiful version of my priceless Seiko! Decided to refurbish the fiancé, too. read more

I have visited many jewelry stores in the past and have had lousy service not to mention high rocket prices and never keeping their word on repairs; until I walked in to Bee Caves Jeweiers, boy was I surprised with their uplifting customer service and their reasonable prices compared to other stores. They keep their word on repair due day and even gave me a discount on over all. They now have me as a life time customer and will never again visit another jewelry store if it's not Bee Caves. Thank you for being a fresh breath of air to all; you truly shine among the very best !!! read more

I have come here multiple times for watch band adjustments, repairs, battery replacements, and personal ring resizing and repairing. Every time the customer service is outstanding and it takes only moments to do what I'm there for... the only time I've ever had to leave a piece overnight was because, during the resizing, they graciously noted the stone of the ring was loose and they offered repairs. It was done before their estimated pick up time and I was so happy with the work done and the costs involved. I've never, ever had a complaint, and constantly recommend these guys. I'm so thankful for them! read more

Just picked up three heirloom rings to be sized. Incredible service (one day return) and they educated me on the history of my Turkish ring.

I took a clock in for repair on June 27. I had to pick it up today because after almost two months the repair person did not get around to looking at it. I called about it five times. Each time I was given a different reason why the repair person did not look at it. The last time I called I was told it would be looked at in the morning. That was a week ago. The clock was going to be a gift and the store owner assured me it would take a week to look at it and make repairs. I probably should not have left the clock for repairs because two watches i left for repairs were not finished when they were promised. They were both finished about two weeks later then promised. The shop owner assured me that this was not his typical practice. Extra time was needed because the watches were antiques. When I picked up my clock I got a different story. The repair person is actually a contract worker who is only there once a week. Anything that needs repair is "first come first serve." So I guess people have waited longer then me for repairs. This is terrible customer service. Every time I have in the store I have bought something. I will not be back in the store again. The prices are high, the selection is limited, but I shopped there because it was close to home and i thought the repair person was an employee and not some one who only came in once a week. read more

I love this place. Vincent actually made my engagement ring and wedding band. Pricing is super fair (I bought my husband's wedding band here, as well as his watch) and Vincent is very helpful. Service is quick and I've waited no more than ten minutes for my rings to be inspected and cleaned. Highly recommend this place. read more

Love this place! Great customer service and great jewelry. Have had cleanings, repairs & purchases here that are great. I have used this jeweler for the past three years. They repaired a botched up job another Jeweler did on a ring. read more

My Citizen Eco Drive had issues but I did not want to give up on it so I took it to Bee Caves Jewelers. I was quoted what I thought was a fair price to repair. Well ahead of the stated repair time I received a call that it was ready. When I picked it up the charge was $0! The jeweler said it was a minor repair and he did not feel like a charge was necessary. Great folks who exhibit honesty and expertise. read more

I was a first time customer and was real excited to have a pair of ear rings made for my daughter. I got the phone call to pick them up Friday. I got there a few minutes before closing time. I actually got there at 5:27, they close at 5:30. When I walked up the door was locked and the owner looks at me and shrugs his shoulder and points to the hours. I had already paid for them and wanted to have them for the weekend. Needless to say I had to go back on Monday to pick them up. Poor customer service. Will not go back and give them my business. read more

There are not enough words to say how wonderful Vince and his wife really are. I buy all my jewelry from Bee Caves.

Vincent designed and made my engagement ring using an estate diamond. He designed the ring to showcase the diamond, bezel set it so I can wear it at work, added sapphires because I love them, and gave it the vintage art-deco feel that I love in jewelery. He listened to my fiance's ideas, added and expounded on them, and created the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. And one of the most beautiful things? It's appraised at just over $10,000, but my fiance paid just a fraction of that. We are so happy with his work, we just worked with him to design our wedding rings. Again, at a fraction of the price that a large chain store would charge, and they're exactly what we want - unique to us; we know we'll never see these rings on other people's hands. I can't say enough about the quality of his work, the friendliness of his staff, or how fair his prices are. I highly recommend Vincent if you want a truly custom work of art. read more

OMG, do I have to give one star? They are a rip-off for jewelry repair. $16.24 to remove one link from a watch band. Seriously? Most shops would do that for free as a courtesy. Don't go there! Beware of the cheap owner! read more
