The staff is very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us find the right products, providing interior design guidance as needed. We keep coming back because of the high quality and unique items we find there. Every time we browse the showroom floor, we find treasures that we just can't pass up. We desire a distinctly southwestern style, and D'Amore has had just what we need, every time. We have been frequenting D'Amore Interiors since they were located on the I-70 Frontage on the West side of Denver. I guess that must be close to two decades! When they moved to their current location, we found them promptly, as we needed some leather dining room chairs! My mom also wanted the lamps, so it took about three weeks from when I first emailed and when I received the lamps. (I was pleasantly surprised they would ship them to me without spending the 8,000.00 shipping minimum) They shipped them to two separate addresses and they did research on the cheapest way to ship them. I really apprecieatd that. Once they shipped it only took about 2 days to get to my mom and 4 days to get to me. I worked with Tena from the Thornton Colorado store.

I…read morepurchased a sofa, loveseat, electric recliner, coffee table and 2 end tables from the store in Thornton on May 12, 2026. It was all delivered on May 15th. I found a hole in one of the cushions of the sofa and they came out on the 17th and replaced the cushion. On May 30th I found a second hole in one of the other sofa cushions. I called and informed them that I wanted to return the sofa and loveseat at that point. Since then I have found a 3rd hole, though I digress. I ordered a new different sofa and loveseat that was a special order and would not arrive until July 15-18. I have called and talked to no less than 12 "customer service" people, all the while being told that "it would be another week". Today I called and was told that now it would be "another few weeks". By now I am livid! "Nikki" said she would call the manufacturer and call me back. She of course did not call me back. I called again and was told I could not be transferred to "Nikki",and spoke to "Chelsea". She informed me that yes, it would be another few weeks. I asked her if I could speak to a manager and she informed me that she and everyone there IS a MANAGER. I said that there HAS to be someone above her, she said "no, I report to no one". I informed her that now I am going to and find furniture SOME PLACE ELSE, and that I will then call and have AFW come and pick up this DEFECTIVE AND CRAPPY furniture and get a refund. She said "you can do that if you like". Honestly, this is NO WAY to treat customers! I have gotten furniture from AFW in the past and have never been treated like this. Trust me, DO NOT GWT FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY!! The value for the money you spend is simply CRAP! And apparently they do not care.

I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them. Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had. I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

Since then, I've been to the store seven different times looking for help. Each time, I was told to…read morecall customer service. Customer service then shipped replacement parts and expected us to install them ourselves. After installing the parts, the problem still wasn't fixed. Now, nearly a month later, we still do not have a fully functioning bed. Instead of sending a technician to diagnose the issue, they continue sending random replacement parts, hoping one of them solves the problem. I received another set of parts two days ago and was told someone would call to schedule a technician. I'm still waiting for that call. The entire experience has been an exhausting runaround. The store tells me to contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer tells me to contact the store. Meanwhile, I'm left with an incomplete bed that I paid thousands of dollars for. For a company that advertises quality products and service, this level of customer support is unacceptable. After spending over $7,200, I expected a complete installation, a working product, and prompt service when something went wrong--not weeks of frustration, repeated trips to the store, endless phone calls, and no resolution. I cannot recommend Living Spaces based on my experience.
