You never have to worry if your usual nail technician isn't available because all of them are very well trained and astute to your needs. From greeting you upon entry to offering you a beverage during your visit, customers are guaranteed to receive a warm welcome. Sometimes when I have difficulties selecting a color or design, they are patient with me and even help me find what I am looking for. During a few of my prior appointments, they tested the color, shape, and design to see if I would like it before finishing the manicure or pedicure. In one instance where the gel chipped on one nail, they even fixed it for me free of charge. Not to mention, they always take their time and you never feel rushed despite them being frequently busy, especially on the weekends. She was helpful in my choosing of length, shape, etc. I got a full set of hybrid lashes for $115 CAD including tax. Pretty good deal considering I'm from the states and it's at least $200 there. I will most definitely return to this salon and Elaine for my fill!
