*SCAMMER ALERT* This company has high reviews mainly for their Bed Bugs Dog service. If you are looking for bed bug treatment, please STAY AWAY!!! Date of Service: 10/23/2024 It has been 5 weeks since we had service. We followed every rule he set. "BED BUGS ARE NOT ALL GONE". I repeat, NOT ALL GONE. I called him 3 weeks into the treatment to tell him that I am still getting bites. His CIMI-SHIELD KNOCK OUT DOES NOT WORK. His reply? Well they can stay in your house for 12 months before you can irradicate them that's why our treatment has 14 months warranty. Since then, he has BLOCKED all my calls and has not replied to my messages. Who wants to wait a whole year to get rid of the bed bugs? He and his buddy came and told me I needed to get new bed frames because my old one was upholstered and it required additional $500 on top of $1700 to treat it. I went and bought new frames and paid for junk removal. The $1700 included him building the new bed frames in two bedrooms, walking around spraying cimi-shield on my bedroom rug, bed frames and the top of my couch (where bed bugs aren't even living), put leg interceptors and wrapped by two mattresses with a casing. Most of this you can do at home yourself. They do not spray baseboards, or lift your couch to spray anything underneath, which, is where my infestations happened to be. They did not touch my office area. While his buddy the bulk of the work, Steve will try to distract you by making small conversations to divert and pass the time hoping you won't notice the bare minimum work they did Bottom line: DO NOT HIRE FOR BED BUG TREATMENT. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY OR SERVICES. THEY BLOCK YOUR NUMBER. HE IS A SCAMMER. RECOMMEND: DOG SERVICE: SCENT-TEK - honest reliable. $250. They do not do bugs treatment so there is no conflict of interest. BED BUGS TREATMENT: BAY AREA BED BUGS -- they are a legit company who does heat and aprehend (chemical) treatment. read more

As soon as I first talked to Joyce from BBAG, I knew that I was in good hands. She asked me a few questions about my bug bites and my history - and with care and confidence, assured me that she would be able to tell me whether I had bed bugs or what else was biting me, if not bed bugs. What a relief! Joyce is extremely professional, kind, and considerate. Her dog Becca is adorable and smart! They came to my place today and each did their own inspection... & I was delighted to know that I don't have bedbugs after all (makes me happy that I "only" have mites to deal with!). We had a bedbug scare and I called BBAG for some advice. Steve was kind enough to answer my questions. Joyce called me soon after to schedule an appointment. I was very fortunate she able to inspect our home the following day (Sunday). Joyce arrived with her dog Becca. They were such a pleasure to work with. Joyce was kind, very knowledgeable and reassuring. Becca was truly amazing, she sniffed every corner of our home and luckily didn't find bedbugs. She was such a good dog with my birds as well. Joyce took her time and gave us some advice on how to manage what bugs we did have so they wouldn't make their way back in our home. She also recommended a cream that would help repel the bugs. I received a bed bug inspection service from this company last year and am coming back to tell my story now that i have had time to heal from the god-awful experience I had. I paid $200 for an older woman and her beagle to come to my apartment & sniff out any bed bugs in my room just to have her beagle sh*t on my living room floor after "alerting" for bed bugs in my bedroom. Yep, you read that right. The dog took a fat dump on my living room floor. The woman who brought the beagle did not apologize and qualified his behavior to him "just being a dog". At this point, it was clear the bed bug sniffing skills of this beagle were HIGHLY questionable as he did not even appear to be house trained? I gave the woman a bag to pick up the poop & after picking it up she held the bag back out to me asking me what to do with it as if I was now responsible for disposing of her dogs poop bag? This whole process was absolutely batsh*t... if you think you might have bed bugs i am begging you to spend your money elsewhere. I also found dog piss on my bedroom carpet after they left. This whole experience truly felt like I was being pranked. The only positive thing I left with was a crazy story to tell my friends about the time I paid $200 for a bed bug sniffing beagle to sh*t on my floor. As a side note, I had Orkin come the next day because I was skeptical of the lady and the dog who said I had bed bugs. Orkin performed a thorough and professional inspection and were able to figure out I did not, in fact, have bed bugs. read more

I owe this review to Bed Bugs All Gone since I received their inspection service a couple weeks ago. About a month ago I started to have very itchy rashes on my legs and arms. It got to a point I went to the urgent care and was told these were likely bed bug bites. I immediately contacted BBAG and they were very responsive and came within a couple of days (my bad I fogged my room otherwise it could be even sooner). Joyce and Becca (the cute dog) were super friendly and did a thorough inspection. It turned out it was not bed bugs but likely mites. Joyce was super helpful in giving me all the advices to get rid of them and treat my skin reaction. She told me the correct prescription cream to use. Since then everything went well. We had a confirmed case of bed bugs before even contacting Bed Bugs All Gone. Joyce and her dog Becca visited and scheduled spraying work for the following day, which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving. Steve and Scott showed up the following day and immediately went to work by removing the mattress/box spring, spraying both and wrapping them in new sheets which would prevent any bed bugs from escaping and essentially starve them out or kill them with the spray. They also provided guards which go under each leg of the bed frame to prevent bugs from crawling up. They then sprayed the rest of our apartment fabrics including couches, carpet, rugs, etc. Overall the entire process took maybe 2 hours, Scott and Steve were very professional and provided a lot of detailed information to prevent future situations which may reintroduce bed bugs to the environment. The spray I reference above is soybean oil with some other stuff in it, completely not toxic. A slight smell lingered for about ~6 hours after the spraying but it wasn't bad at all and once the spray dried no one would even know our apartment was sprayed. Overall we would recommend Bed Bugs All Gone as they provide an noninvasive solution, are very professional, and provide a warranty. It's been ~5 days since they sprayed and I've had no bites, no evidence of bed bugs, etc. Finally sleeping easy. read more

Steve and his helper are great. They really helped me to understand how to make sure the bugs are gone and will stay gone. They have a natural scientific approach vs spraying some random chemicals though my house. They are very professional and made quick work of a 3 bedroom house. They also offer a 1.5 year warranty which was the longest that I saw. I would use them again but I'm sure my problem is resolved permanently! He came out in a couple of days and explained both what he does and how we can avoid future problems. Joyce came over and inspected the house with a bug sniffing beagle; I'm surprised they didn't find anything but it worked in our favor anyway because we got the "preemptive" service at a lesser rate which was basically the same thing. The very next day Steve came over and had everything set up. We were concerned with the potential toxicity of the spray but he explained to us it was 100% safe as it was entirely soy based. It's only been less than a week but after the whole process with these guys I feel very confident in our house being safe again - and for a long time hopefully! After returning from an out of country trip I was convinced I had brought home bed bugs. Unable to sleep at 2am, I went on Yelp and searched bed bug exterminator and left a request. Surprisingly Barbara with Bed Bugs All Gone texted me a few minutes later. She gave me great advice, we spoke in the morning and scheduled an assessment. This review is strictly on the customer service and not the product of organic soy bean based non toxic bed bug spray they use. We were cleaning the house over the weekend and my wife found some bug shells around the bed frame sitting on the ground and the cal king mattress we will be finished paying off in January 2016. No symptoms of bites or streaks, so I found this yelp company and called. Steve picked up the phone and said that first step is to verify it is bed bugs through canine inspection and gave me the numbers to call. Unfortunately the canine inspector was not available over the weekend. Called Steve back and asked what is next if I'm pretty sure it is bed bugs and I want treatment done ASAP? He explained the process of isolating the bed, getting the floor and rest of the house sprayed and quoted me $1000. At this point I was fearing the worst and said lets do it! Steve and his employee Scott, who Lives in SF, came out on a Sunday morning with pouring rain to help us. Good news was it wasn't bed bugs! They still set up our bed with isolator bed frame and sprayed it down for $200. Whoever used a tenants bathroom while inspecting and didn't clean up after themselves, especially in the middle of a pandemic, should be held accountable. Especially if that tenant is immunocompromised and is in recovery from brain cancer. There is a vendor bathroom outside and away from tenant living spaces for a reason. We got an initial visit and then a within a week, a follow up visit. They inspected and determined it was not bed bugs. Phew. They were straight forward with their rates and their process.
