He was available to come over the next day, and took a thorough look both inside and outside the basement, as well as the first floor to see if they had breached the kitchen and everyday living areas. He pointed out vulnerabilities and was also able to assess what prior work was done to seal the home against mice. He then walked me through the options of remedying the (bait vs traps). He was very knowledgeable, and also answered a few questions about an abandoned wasp nest that I also saw near a tree on our property. He definitely knows his pests. Their service was reasonably priced, and comes with a six-month guarantee. He also offered to come back in 6 weeks to check the stations to get a better sense of the level of infestation and a more specific location of point of entry. Although they claim that they rarely sting people, I didn't like them hovering around my front door. They like to kind of dive bomb you when you enter or leave the house. So I had enough. I called Adam the Orkin man to make them go away "permanently". He came and sprayed the grass and around my house, but they did come back. So Adam came back and did a more thorough spraying. I'm crossing my fingers that I won't have to call him back a third time. No matter what, he came back the same day I called again. You can't ask for better service than that. The cost to kill these pests was $300. They give you a 30 day guarantee; so make sure they're gone.
