I live in Norwalk talking to the receptionist on the phone she was very lovely and professional. Which I found out is Al's wife. Without hesitation she told me that AL would come down on Friday to check out the situation. Sure enough, he was here took care of my BEE problem. WHICH WAS NOT EASY. Al was VERY PROFESSIONAL. He explained everything he was doing. He did not leave until he was satisfied that bees were dead. As of right now I don't hear any buzzing in the walls. Al deserves more than a 5 star. Al I cannot thank you enough for coming way out of your way to help me.

He came back to do upstairs again but not us because he told my Husband he didn't need to do our house because we have no fleas! Now upstairs needs it again. This makes three times in two months. Now he's saying the fleas are coming from our apartment! We still have NO fleas. Put flea traps around ourselves and no fleas! My animals sleep on our bed and nothing is crawling on us or biting us! I am very disappointed with this company. We have to sedate the cats to get them in carriers and sit outside for hours! We almost lost our dog the last time!! Not saying the guy wasn't nice but if he's saying it's our apartment he's a liar! Might look into an attorney because we are being harassed over this crap!

I called Epic because they had done great work for me a couple of years ago. (I thought I left a review, but I don't know where, maybe Google?) Anyway, believe it or not, Rich came over immediately and got rid of the problem. And...HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYTHING, he said because "it's just a mailbox ". Do you know how rare this is? A person who comes when he says he will, doesn't try to sell you anything, explains everything...I'm still picking my jaw up off the floor. I WILL ABSOLUTELY call him to do an exterior house service. A friend who was leaving my house witnessed this and asked for Rich's card. If you need pest control, you MUST call Epic Pest LLC. Rich McKinney is the best!

I could not be any happier with the pest control pros at Bearclaw. As the temperatures outside…read moredropped, much to my dismay I discovered that I had a mouse issue in my basement. Those little critters were snacking on some of my favorite treats! And they were not shy about leaving their droppings EVERYWHERE. As I had never had a mice issue before this was incredibly stressful. I looked around at several different pest control companies and ended up going with Bearclaw because they were the most responsive to my inquiry. On the day they were scheduled to come out, the tech was right on time in the window provided. What I really liked is that he spent a lot of time explaining the process. I learned how important it was to seal any possible entry points for the mice as they could squeeze into spaces as small as a dime. The tech went around the exterior of my house looking for gaps and sealed a few. He thought they were coming in through the basement casing windows. He said that would prevent any more from getting in. Then, he set some old school snap traps which I appreciated because they had no poison and no glue. Within a few days the traps had gotten a few of the mice. And now a month and a half later, they do not appear to have returned. So, a solid A+ rating from me. And what I liked best of all is that they did not try to upsell me on anything. The tech was very straight in saying they could come back if I needed/wanted but I could probably remove the used traps myself if I was up for it. EVERY other company tried to sell me plans which I did not need. These guys are the best; give them a try!

Even though he was in Hamden and I'm in Madison, I crossed my fingers he'd come this far. He did so as a favor when he was in the area. He was incredibly responsive to texts, and even called me to discuss the pictures of dead/alive ants I sent him and ask questions. When we determined that we needed to spray the perimeter (which he came back to do another time when it wasn't so damp out), he stayed in touch with me to learn about progress after the spray to make sure it was effective. He clearly loves his life's calling, and is a delight to work with. From now on, I will have him come every spring (and whenever I spot a yellow jacket's nest as well!)
