When the technician arrived on July 9, he told me he was there for the initial appointment and collected payment. He explained that he was still learning what he was supposed to do. I told him to come in and out of the house as needed, as I was sitting by the front door. He looked in the kitchen, basement, and loft only, and he only looked for ants. He placed three paper glue traps then told me he was going to place liquid bait outside then come back to finish the appointment. He left less than 10 minutes later without another word to me. After emailing the branch and getting no response, I received a text from someone named Ariel on July 10 asking to send an inspector. We set an appointment for July 18 between 12pm and 2pm. I never received any reminders of this appointment so I texted Ariel the morning of July 18 to confirm whether the inspector was still arriving that day. Ariel replied "Yes she should still be coming it is still on the schedule for today" at 11am. Nobody ever showed up or contacted me so I texted Ariel again right after 2pm stating nobody came to provide services. More than an hour later Ariel responded "okay go ahead and call the branch." No apology, no offer to look into it, absolutely nothing. I have been scammed out of $300 plus monthly payments for a year for three paper glue traps. I need my money to be refunded and I need my contract canceled immediately.
