We had to face the facts: there was an animal down there. So we called SCRAM, which is affiliated with the Ohio Wildlife Center, and which supports the Center's overall mission. Their focus is not just on removing an animal, but in solving your overall problem and making sure that nothing gets back in. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time. The inspection was professional and thorough. The basement, exterior, roof, and attic were all inspected for possible points of entry. Our inspector was courteous and helpful throughout. He answered all my questions and was clearly knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Great service and you help support a great mission!

After discovering their points of entry, we got it under control. More or less. Because some ants seemed to be always around, we called Stryker. It was guaranteed to work for up to 60 days. I held off on submitting this review until I could confirm the problem was permanently solved. It was. The treatment was about six months ago.
