Booked this vendor for a power wash job. Cancelled the first day unexpectedly then suddenly asked for a gas deposit. Showed up eventually (late) for the first time over a week after our initial appointment. Didn't finish job, requested partial payment for work, no call, no show, no contact the next day or two. Finally got in touch, promised to show up the next day, zero response after that to daily questions about when we could complete the job as my one month deadline has been almost entirely spent by now trying to get this vendor to show up for work. read more

Ghosted me after all arrangements we made. No calls or texts to let me know and did not respond to my messages. In the end, it was okay because he charged about twice as much as other very highly rated options for detailing. read more

After spending over $3k for new gutters, guards, fascia, and downspouts, you'd think your…read moreinstallers would have mentioned to me that there was a three foot squirrel hole in my roof right on the edge where they installed one of the new gutters! This AFTER I explicitly told them to let me know if they found anymore squirrel damage besides the damaged fascia they were already replacing above the garage. I guess since you don't do roof repair that bringing this to the homeowners attention wasn't a priority, as you'd make no money off the repair! **UPDATE The new gutters ALL LEAK between the house fascia and the gutter. They are WORSE than my original gutters! I'm now tasked with paying a reputable company to redo their unprofessional work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS! Absolutely pathetic!

He was working on the car for about 2 hours or so and he did a good job. I had previously had a dog in the back seat and the left over dog hair that I couldn't get out was really bothering me. I would hire him again. I did notice some residue kind of tucked away between the driver seat and the console in the middle but overall it was a great experience. The fact that he comes to you is great and it was only $180. I find the value to be worth it when convenience is also part of the mix.

My house looks great now that all the grime and algae have been cleaned off. Curtis had to reschedule my initial appointment, through no fault of his own. Because of this, he discounted my initial estimate and even washed the sidewalk and porch without additional cost. I definitely recommend That's Clean. read more
