So thankful we saw reviews for Eddie here! We reached out and had a free inspection within a few days - other places sent contract quotes without even seeing the issue. Not Eddie! He's very knowledgeable and knows what will solve the problem without overselling. We really appreciated his personality. Super respectful and personable. A great experience. I hope we never have this issue again - and I'm certain we won't now that we have Eddie! read more

Amazing!!! We have used Jenkins for ants and will continue to use them as well as recommend to all! 10 out of 10 service!!!

If you need help with rodents or insects call Eddie!! I cannot say enough great things about him or his service. Free inspection and a 1 yr guarantee on his service. He doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. No high pressure. He has a client for as long as I live in Westerville #jenkinspestsolutions read more

I'm all about efficiency. I lifted the google review we posted and am placing it right here on Yelp my stomping ground. GREAT service just do it you'll be in great hands: Called one morning and by end of the same day the very kind, professional owner called me back. He very quickly triaged our situation in a few minutes with thought provoking questions and we found a date/time to have him come out to the house for a quote. He called about 30 min out from our designated window (2 hours tops) and again, he was very professional and mindful of how he carefully assessed our situation. He helped us out and took care of the problem immediately. I felt safe with him in our home and sincerely appreciated his professional expertise. Listen - hire an expert and PLEASE help support a local business. Eddie is good people and I'm thrilled we found him via his google reviews and made the call. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Jenkins Pest Solutions! read more

Awesome service!! Eddie was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and instilled confidence in me as I have been struggling with a rodent problem for months. The little things were especially appreciated - like considering my dog and explaining how the bait traps work, writing down the antidote to give the vet if he ever got into the traps, and closing the gate securely when he left (pet owners know this is a big one!!). Friendly, professional, helpful. All you could ask for! read more

Wow! So impressed by Eddie Jenkins, owner of the company. He owns this wonderful pest control business. Eco-friendly too, I might add. We gave him a call about ants in our home. He was so kind on the phone. He scheduled a time to come to our home to take a look. He was timely to our appointment and so friendly. Eddie was helpful and explained why our any problem was occurring. Very thorough but efficient too! He completed the treatment and price was very affordable. We highly recommend him! Respectful, kind, and customer service oriented. Eddie and his company stand behind their work. He takes care of the work and guarantees it 100%. Give him a call! You won't be disappointed. read more

I wanted to utilize a local, individually owned Pest Control company, as I felt that the customer service and attention to detail would be better than a corporate company. I was right. Eddie responded to my inquiry right away and we set up a time for him to come out. He was thorough in inspecting the house and went to work. Now, I still have to give it a little time to see the fruits of his labor (or actually NOT see anything), but felt very comfortable in what he's done, and he does provide a 60 day warranty, so if anything arises, I feel comfortable knowing he will be back out to address any issue. I don't mean to insult the large pest control companies, but consider this. Those companies hire people, pay them an hourly wage (or salary). They work, they go home, they get the paycheck. With Eddie, it's his company, his reputation on the line. He knows it, and his great service, friendly demeanor, professionalism stands out!! read more

Eddie's great. He came out and inspected and sprayed. Great guy to talk to. Very efficient. The price is good. He takes pride in his company. It's amazing how much better a family business is than a large corporation. I'll see him again in 6 months. read more

We just recently added a bedbug addendum to our lease papers for a rental property. We've never had a pest problem in 15 years but I wanted a thorough inspection before asking our next new tenant to sign the addendum. Eddie was able to schedule an inspection quickly before our new tenant moved in. He was on time, knowledgeable and thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I will be saving his contact information and he will be my pest control go to company in the future. read more

Eddie did a great job the first time, but I live in a pretty wooded area, and he couldn't have been nicer when I asked him to come back out to spray in a few more places. No charge, and he wouldn't accept a tip. He truly guarantees his work and does it with a smile on his face. I'll continue to refer Eddie to my friends and neighbors! read more

I had a terrible ant problem inside and outside my house. They ate through the cement on our paver patio and ant traps and home sprays did not eradicate the ants as I had hoped. I got Eddie's name from a Facebook group, and let me tell you, he was every bit as responsive, conscientious, and professional as people told me. He placed environmentally friendly ant bait inside the house (injected them in cracks and underneath baseboards so my 14 month old did not eat it). He then sprayed the perimeter of the house. Everywhere he treated, I have not seen an ant since. When I discovered a few ants in a different area, he came out and treated that at no additional charge. I really appreciate good service, and Eddie provides this. He is also very personal, honest and a heck of a nice guy. Plus he wears shoe covers when coming into the house, which gets an A+ in my book. read more

Eddie was such a pleasure to work with and seemed to really know his stuff! He was extremely thorough - climbing into our attic, pulling our stove out, looking in dropped ceiling in the basement, behind walls, in garage, crawl space, outside around all utility entrances, dryer vent, etc. He even filled an entrance he found with putty and personally guarantees his work for 90 days. I never felt pressured, and he recommends coming once a year to re-bait stations and check around for evidence. read more

Had trouble with other pest control companies who wanted to sell me services I didn't need and wanted me to sign a contract. Not so Jenkins. They only take care of the pest problem at hand. Excellent results. Eddie Jenkins is an honest man and can be trusted to get the job done. Much recommended! read more

I am very satisfied with Jenkins pest solutions. Eddie was very professional, thorough, educated, and listened very well to the needs of our home. We will definitely use them again. The cost was very reasonable as well and Eddie made sure to listen to all of the needs that I had in regards to protecting other insects that more important to us. (Honey bees, etc.) Great company, great people, thanks Eddie! read more

These folks were WAYYYYYY helpful and professional!! He came out to my place to investigate a serious bee problem and was prompt in showing up. Literally showed up within 15 hrs of me calling him. He called while he was at my house and informed me that the bees were actually "honey bees" and not yellow jackets. He suggested contacting a bee keeper to save the two hives. Honey Bees are close to endangered so I was really pleased he didn't just kill them. Long story short, he didn't charge me, he was professional and demonstrated some real character by not killing them and charging me. Plus, the bee keeper I reached out to was rather excited to come get them. Well done all around!! Will use these folks for the fall pest treatment from here forward and I would 100% recommend them. Great company!!! read more

Note: I am copy/pasting the review I wrote on my Google account because of how satisfied I am with Eddie's work. If you hate spiders as much as I do then Eddie is the man to call. As soon as I spoke to Eddie on the phone to set up an initial appointment I knew I was in good hands. He was prompt, respectful, listened to all my concerns, and answered any questions I had. When Eddie arrived, he took the time to scope out all the problem areas where the bugs were coming in - we even identified a mice problem in my garage that I didn't even know I had. He didn't just take a quick peek at it too - the man got down on the ground so he could inspect literally every inch of my garage in detail. This is someone who is an expert at his craft and applies the time, knowledge, skill, and experience to address his customers' needs. I have very young children at home, which was no problem because the sprays he uses are safe for kids. Unlike other big companies, Eddie has a three month guarantee, doesn't try to lock you into a contract, and has excellent pricing. Jenkins Pest Solutions is family owned and operated, which was a winner for me because by talking to Eddie I was talking to the owner himself, which assured me of the excellent customer service I'd receive. He is an absolute professional, but at the same time his upbeat attitude is enough to brighten anyone's day. Hands down, one of the best independent businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. read more

Eddie Jenkins was incredibly informative and a pleasure to work with. I love that Mr. Jenkins does not bind you too expensive monthly payments. He is affordable and extremely knowledgeable and immediately identified problem areas. Thank you! I highly recommend Jenkins pest solutions. read more

Even though Eddie doesn't fix the exact kind of bee issue I had, he took time out of his day to talk to me all about different bee-havior and what I can do about it. It was truly helpful and set me well on my way to a solution. I kinda hope I have a terrestrial pest problem in the future so that I can interact with him again! read more

We have had an ant problem for a few months and after trying several different kinds of sprays and traps with no luck, I called Eddie. Eddie has been terrific to work with since day one. I priced out several options locally and his had both the best price and the best guarantee (3 months). Unfortunately, our ant problem was worse than we originally thought and he has had to come out multiple times, at no additional charge, to help solve our problem. Every time he is courteous, thorough, and has a smile on his face. I could not recommend Eddie any higher!! read more

Eddie was super polite and extremely knowledgeable. Did a thorough inspection and gave me several preventive tips. Will definitely use him again for future pest issues. read more

We called Jenkins Pest Control back in January (09Jan17) to come out and take a look at our small mouse problem. Eddie located a few places where there was heavier mouse traffic than we realized and placed bait stations through our home. He explained how the bait works, and was quick about his work. He was in and out in less than an hour. The bait stations worked well and we didn't see any new droppings for months. Just recently, (16May17) I found two dead mice on some glue traps and I figured the bait stations must be out of bait, hence the new mice. We called Eddie back and he showed us that the bait stations are not empty, just that the mice get disoriented after eating the bait and that's why we got two on the glue traps. Once again he was quick about his work and didn't BS us. He gave us a military discount (I'm retired Army) on the first visit, and he didn't charge us at all for the second visit! All around, great company and excellent service. read more

After discovering mice & their droppings in our basement, I called Jenkins Pest Solutions & Eddie walked me through the steps he would take to get rid of them & provided a quote. He explained everything thoroughly which, as a new homeowner having never dealt with pest issues, I was grateful for. I called on a Friday & he got us scheduled for Monday. Eddie is very friendly & honest. He did a thorough inspection of our home & found more problem areas that we didn't even think to look at, explaining everything along the way. He guaranteed his work & promised to check in to be sure everything is going smoothly. See ya later, mice! Thanks Eddie. :) read more

Pest control is something nobody wants to seek unfortunately but Eddie Jenkins made the process great and a pleasure to work with. He was upbeat , outgoing and very confident in his craft. Within 5 minutes after greeting himself he got straight to the problem. You would think he had a personal connection with mice the way he went directly to the source and started identifying their hiding spots. He guaranteed they'd be gone within 2 weeks & with his confidence and efficiency he displayed identifying the problem upon arrival I 100% believe his quoted results. Just off His attitude alone id recommend him over anyone. If your reading this just give him a call trust me ! read more

Mr. Jenkins is very kind and informative. He arrived as scheduled. I will recommend him to everyone with a pest problem.

I contacted Jenkins Pest Solutions regarding an underground Yellow Jacket bee's nest in our yard. Even though it was a weekend, Eddie responded to my email the same day. When I called him to make an appointment he was at my house within half an hour. He spray-treated the nest and within a day the bees were gone. Three days later, the bees are still gone. Eddie provided excellent and timely service, plus provided a 90 day guarantee in case the bees come back. read more

I called Eddie at Jenkins Pest Solutions. He made an appointment with me within a week of my call, was prompt, courteous and clean. He surveyed my house and we decided on a plan to rid us of the mice that were trying to live here! He was pleasant, and very thorough. Our problem is now gone... and I highly recommend Eddie to anyone that has a pest problem ! His price was reasonable too! read more

Being new to the area, we have had to find all sorts of service providers. I have to say that Eddie has been by far the most polite, honest and professional provider yet!! He was quick to respond to my request for a quote, explained everything in detail, provided a competitive quote, guarantees his work and got us scheduled right away. He's got our business!!! read more

Eddie was just here to spray the exterior of our home and basement after my son was bitten by a spider. I had previously placed glue traps in the basement and he was immediately able to identify all of our pests. He explained his process and warranty and was very polite and efficient. He wore shoe covers inside our home which showed respect for our property. He said it should take 2 weeks for complete removal but I have not seen any thus far after a few days. Would recommend and use again. read more
