Writing this #ThankYouThursday review for Quality Pest Control because they have literally come to…read moremy rescue on more than one occasion. I've been living in the same apartment for just over four years now and there's only been two instances where pest control was needed. Both times I organized for Quality Pest Control to come out through my landlord, but I worked directly with them both times. It's also been the same fella that comes out and he's been great. The first issue was over the summer with carpenter bees. Every year I notice them and while they're annoying they aren't harmful. That being said, I definitely don't want them around 24/7 as I'm trying to get in and out of my backdoor. I even gave myself a black eye once trying to get away from them, LOL. They can't help it, they love the wooden staircase and it's clearly been their home for longer than it's been mine. They came out one afternoon and I was able to show them all the problem areas. After working their magic I noticed a huge improvement. Gone are the days of darting in and out of my place as they chew up each stair. The second time was more recently and due to mice, gross! They let me know that it's been a bigger issue this year and I'm not the only one. They came out and accessed the situation and did their thing. It took about two weeks and after making a few other adjustments, I'm pleased to share that the issue is no longer. I definitely recommend them if your pests are getting out of control.

I was told respraying outside is not necessary and then later told a respray is not legal in Ohio. I could not find verification of such a law. Today would have been their 4th time to come to my house, I stayed home during their 5 hour window but no one came. I bought several refills of the same brand bait stations (they included 2 bait station traps in my cost) to keep fighting ants on my own. Their service has not solved my ant problem.
