Additionally, the person that did come out sprayed half of my landscaping. FOLKS: They last touched my lawn in the late summer of '23 and the landscaping they sprayed is STILL recovering. When I called and asked to speak with the owner about all this, the owner couldn't be bothered to come out and refused any accommodations; they offered to service my lawn again at full price and that's all. They basically told me to shove it. Legitimately one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. You couldn't pay me to have these idiots come to my place again. May there be a bankruptcy upon their business. Save yourself and look elsewhere. UPDATE: In regard to the transparently pathetic attempt to come across as caring from Scott below, he, THE OWNER, was originally the one to tell me to get bent. Don't be fooled by the act; he's not going to stand by his service and he's not going to look out for you as a customer. RUN!

Both gentlemen were super nice and helpful. The people that I worked with on the phone couldn't have been nicer as well, so kind. Even though this mouse problem is an awful problem to have, a highly recommend this company. Price was in line with competitors as well!

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate, I received the voice mailbox and left my contact info and expected to receive a call back later that day or the next. While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Carl is very knowledgeable, kind, and persistent! We had a severe infestation in a rental property that our insurance company placed us in after our house burned down.
