Pros: I love the cheery, vibrant décor when I walk in the store. The staff at this location is friendly and helpful--tell them what you're looking for and they will point you in the right direction. I pretty much go there for body lotion because it keeps my skin hydrated in the winter. I also love their liquid hand soap, but I'm too cheap to buy them. Cons: I have a sensitive nose and when I get close to BBW, the scents can be overwhelming. Most of their scents are way too "perfumey" for me, but I enjoy their fruity ones. Of course, the items are expensive, but they do have sales, and they will send you coupons via email. Tip: Remember that what you smell at the store (they like you to spray on a piece of cardstock) it could smell very differently on your body. For example: I bought two different lotions the other day. They both smelled wonderful at the store, but when I got home and used them on me, one was way too strong and perfumey for my nose; it gave me a headache.
