Pros - ample parking - early operating hours (opens at 9am) Cons - the store seemed extremely disorganized, the clearance tables were a mess. They were placed in the middle of the walkway and things were just thrown on the tables like it was a garage sale. - I needed to find a grounded multiple outlet, and the store associate was extremely unhelpful. When I asked where I can find the item, she acted like she knew exactly where and what I was looking for. After she aimlessly pointed me towards an aisle, I walked around for a few minutes still unable to find it. So I walked back and asked again, and she was like "Oh, it's actually right behind you." There was no apology. In fact, she seemed annoyed that I had approached her again... - They also have a sale section that looked like a tornado has gone through it... - The prices for some of their items are ridiculous...I was looking up the same items on Amazon and they were SO much cheaper (same brand, same style!) My experience was so bad that I decided to buy something last minute to use the gift card I had, so that I don't ever have to come back here again. If I ever want anything from BB&B (which I don't see happening...ever), I'd rather just order it online. read more

Thank you Tommy for returning/exchanging my year old item and being so patient with me in getting the correct shoe rack that was on sale. He appeared reaaalllyy annoyed, which I wasn't sure why because I was being nice to him but he still kept it cool. I assume it was because I was returning an item that was over a year old. I did have the package, the receipt and the same card matching on the receipt but since it was over a year for the exchange they took a 20% fee.. but don't have a return policy that will allow for me to return something so far out if you don't wanna doooo ittt. 2 times in a row now I have had a great experience here though. They have awesome discounts on items that have been returned on the clearance racks. I got a dog ramp/stair box that was 59.99 on clearance for 24.99, my dogs love it. They are pomerainians so the stairs help them a lot. Because of Bed Bath and Beyond I have really been able spruce up my house. :) read more

Came in for a return on an online order. Cashier Natalie helped me out and she was so rude! The older lady that was up front didn't have the greatest customer service either. I know things are crazy with the COVID but after the city being shut down for weeks people should be happy to be back and work and it doesn't seem that way. A typical Bed Bath and Beyond but this one seemed smaller than most. Like most of the BBB's I just think they try to have too much in a small space. It is at the point where it is almost just a bunch of organized clutter. Just my opinion. The staff was helpful in assisting. Although they did not have what I was looking for they did help me in finding the exact size I needed for a particular item for my bathrooms. The help provided by the staff was much appreciated especially since they suggested some other places in the local area to check for the item I was looking for. read more

I purchased a robot vacuum and a crock pot online and chose the home delivery. For some reason they came to deliver my merchandise a was told I was not home (which was not the case). So I ended up canceling the delivery and went to the store and purchased the items. That's not the bad part. They refunded me everything but the taxes and I'm still not clear why I would be charged taxes on items I did not receive. I have been very busy working but as soon as I get a chance their going to have to clarify this to me. Because it sounds like a scam. read more

Upon entering any BB&B, your olfactory system is assaulted by a headache-inducing combination of fragrances that can only be sold for the purpose of covering the rotting stench of a decomposing corpse beneath one's home. But seriously, those people buying such dizzying-scented items, what is it you're trying to cover up in your home? Try cleaning the place! OK, sorry about getting off on a tangent. Bed Bath & Beyond is what many might consider an upscale home goods store. Certainly the quality and selection of products is better than Walmart and Target, but falls short of other upper-tiered stores. All BB&Bs have just about everything you're looking for from pots and pans, to bed linens, drapes, and doormats. All your kitchen gadgetry is here, too. You'll also find some unexpected "As Seen on TV" items should QVC not fall under your current cable package. For the most part, the staff is helpful in directing you to whatever it is you're looking for. Many products seen on their website are not found in store. Yes, even when you choose the store and it says the item is in stock. Sucker! Checkout is always a crapshoot as typically only one lane is open or multiple lanes are open and packed with customers. Bad luck on my part I guess. So if you're looking for a kind of one-stop home goods shop selling somewhat upscale items (compared to such places at Target, Sears, JC Penny, Walmart), and can endure the scented assault on the senses, then BB&B should sort you out. Came to return an order that was delivered to me shattered and all 3 people at the register were so unfriendly. Gave my order back to them with the receipt. The male manager was so unhelpful, did not offer any solutions at all. Paid 50$ for a broken shattered piece that they had no intention of fixing or reimbursing me. You will be disappointed with unfriendly and unhelpful service if you come here. read more

Recently took a set of king sheets (Sheex) back to them due to holes developing from being washed over the past year. The company that makes them suggested I take them back to where they were purchased and deal with them directly, so I did. Without question, the manager on staff (Deb) took them back and exchanged them for a brand new set. It was a seamless process and she was more than understanding as these sheets are not cheap. We will return to this BBB before going anywhere for home goods. read more

I only came to this location because it was the only store in town that had what I needed. I was disappointed by this location & wont be coming back. Couldn't find anyone to help me grab a towel off the back of the top shelf. I would like to mention that the 2 bath sheet sizes were mixed up on the shelves which was frustrating. When I finally came across an employee she at first seemed nice but then I asked for help getting the towel down she gave me a condescending "those are the displays" without even letting me point out what I needed. Hello, I'm not stupid I know what part is a display & not. I explained which shelf & (with attitude) she came over & pulled it down. I've worked retail & I never talked down or been rude to customers. I gave 3 stars because the cashier was nice & it was super easy to pick up my online order otherwise it would've been 2 stars. read more

Two of my wonderful friends are getting married in two months and registered at Bed Bath & Beyond, so I thought I would stop in this past weekend to purchase their wedding gift. This was my first time visiting this location and my boyfriend and I had to stand in line for a few minutes at customer service, however we were incredibly surprised by the AWESOME level of service we received! The cashier printed out the registry for us, and took the time to explain how to find the different items in the store. Normally whenever I ask for a gift registry the store associate just hands me a stack of paper and it's like a treasure hunt, but this was incredibly easy. The registry list is broken up by sections of the store. When we couldn't originally find the item we were looking for, a store associate found the item for us in less than five minutes. As we were paying, the same cashier from before told us about the complimentary gift wrapping station that they have (say WHAT?!? complimentary? yes!!). We walked over and there was a nice table with wrapping paper, gift boxes and bags, tape, scissors and even ribbon and tags! This was free?!? I'll definitely buy more gifts from here!! Everyone was nice but not ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE know what they were doing. I was trying to order something and fortunately I am an employee of the company so many had to walk an employee through an order. Then I stood in line because an employee couldn't figure out my coupon and instead of admitting she had no idea what she was going, she made up something to make it look like she didn't nothing wrong. So finally 15 minutes later a manager shows up and fixed things that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. read more

Ok, we went in to register for our upcoming wedding. The service was outstanding, the girl who was helping us (I hate that I can't r member her name) was so nice and even walked through the store with us for a little while. After she left us there were other associated who offered us assistance as well. The only two complaints I have Is that the store is smaller than other Bbb locations so there was less selection and we will have to go to a new Bbb to finish, and that there was a mistake on our log in info so we can't edit our list still and it has been over 24 hours.
