This is our go-to for such rooms. It's actually good for kitchen stuff too. This run was for a carbonator. Ended up trapping a few other items, ones that are available here with a better selection than a market. Always something to replace. Then there's holidays. They stock up for such as well as the market, but run out after the market's cleared. I always really enjoy the staff here, too. The structure may be common for these stores, but it's the staff that makes 'em successful, and I dig this staff. read more

Bought a breadbox online from Bed Bath and Beyond. It lasted less than an hour before the rolltop fell apart. Was able to return it via FedEx as the company suggested. Would like to know if my refund was processed correctly. Received a gift card in the mail, amount unknown. Called the company on two separate days to find out how much had been loaded to the card. Both times the automated gift-card balance system was down, and the wait time to speak to a CSR was 45 minutes to an hour (which I did not do). I realize Covid-19 is wreaking havoc but I'm not impressed with BB&B's handling of it. read more

The staff are always so helpful here. I felt terrible as I was leaving as I did not realize that when I was arrived, they were so close to closing for the night and they did not make me feel uncomfortable or like I was rushing them. I even forgot my glasses in a cart after they had closed and they were kind enough to run them out to me. On a side note, I let them know that I was thankful on their stance regarding the pillow guy and removing them from the store and the woman I said that to said that was nice to hear has they had received a lot of rude and disrespectful phone calls challenging this decision. Bed, Bath & Beyond is the place to go if you're setting up a new household or setting off for college. They have a great selection and many of my own household items come from there. Prices are about average but you can't resist the 20% off coupons that don't expire, especially for big ticket items like a Fitbit or a Keurig machine. Speaking of my Keurig, it quit working twice in the same year and they simply exchanged it, even without the receipt, no questions asked. I was amazed at how painless they made the return. Gift cards make a practical gift for newlyweds or new graduates. If you do pick out a gift there, they have a nice do-it-yourself gift wrapping station. It's also fun browse around and look at those "As Seen on TV" products on display that you always wonder if really work. read more

I debated with myself for a solid couple minutes over 2 or 3 stars, but I've settled with three, here is why: In terms of the store itself, it's small compared to other BBB I've been to. That being said it does a relatively good job of cramming a lot of stuff into a small space. Sometimes their center displays get a little large and If you were in a wheelchair, it might be more difficult to get through the store. Employees is where this store really leaves a lot to be desired. There is one employee that works there who has been kind to me in the 4 years I've been shopping here. Only 1. The rest have either been outright rude or just uncaring about seemingly anything. If you ever have the misfortune of speaking to the managers, you'd see what I was talking about. When you actually need help it seems no one is working there and other times they just randomly follow you. Do they think I'm going to steal stuff? Who knows, but I find it at times insulting. The main reason I shop here comes down to two reasons: * price with a coupon * returns In terms of coupons, MOST (not all) of their prices are the same as box stores like walmart, target, etc.. and when you use their $5 off 15 or 20% off coupons you really can save a ton, especially if buying a $200 food processor or a vacuum cleaner. I've made it a point not to buy anything without a coupon. In the end the reason I give BBB three stars is their return policy. Be warned you might have to deal with the not so happy managers when returning stuff but I have put their policy to the test before and they really will return just about anything, with or without receipt. If you don't have a receipt you'll get store credit or an exchange. (I think I've exchanged my misto sprayer 3 times now without receipt) If you have a receipt it's, supposed to be, easier. I returned an expensive toothbrush ($200) 2 years after I brought it because I wasn't working properly anymore. I got my money back after waiting for them to figure out how to return a receipt that no longer came up in their system, but I got my cash back. I DID have to argue with the manager over cash or store credit. Since I paid with cash, I got cash back. Make a point to save the receipts and until they change their lifetime return policy you'll never be out of money again. All in all, go there for the savings and return policy. Cross your fingers you don't need help and think twice if you're in a wheelchair. read more

Sure you can get all kinds of pillows and stuff here, but I've never really enjoyed the feel of this place. It's cluttered and cold. I purchased some bed sheets here a while ago. They were somewhat pricey for the quality, but they've held up fine after a couple years. Sadly, I signed up for their annoying emails in hopes of getting some sick deals and coupons. Nope, had to unsubscribe after a few weeks of getting constantly barraged. I'll probably avoid this store in the future if possible - both NFM and Target have great pillow selections as well. read more

This location was really understaffed when I visited. Not being able to find what I was looking for, or an employee to steer me in the right direction, I settled on just returning the item I wanted to replace. The customer service counter was manned by a rude woman and one who needed help, but couldn't/wouldn't as the rude one for assistance. A large line quickly grew, yet no additional assistance came to help. Customers behind me left due to lack of assistance. In the time it took to return my item, I could have driven to the store at Village Point, walked around it 20 times, made my exchange and still have had time to get a drink at Brix next door. read more

As I was driving here I wondered how busy they are with The Mart right across the street. I have always been a big fan of 3B (As I like to call it) or sometimes B Cubed! This location is a bit smaller than I am used to but still packed a great punch! I have a habit of walking up and down every aisle and seeing what new items there are or finding if I didn't realize there was an item that I forgot I needed! The staff was pretty friendly, some more so than others but that is going to be everywhere. I was able to get everything I went in for and more! Also, save those coupons-they don't actually expire and they typically don't adhere to the fine print about brand restrictions either. I don't always shop here but when I do it is a lot of fun! read more

I'm totally guilty because I love this store and continue to shop here but they are so expensive! As much as I know this I still continue to shop here for the convenience. You can literally find anything and everything you need here. Even things you don't need but you now want because you just found it here and they lure you in with their 20% off coupons. In all honesty though they do have some pretty awesome kitchen supplies and really awesome matching decor. For example towels and shower curtains that match the rugs, soap dishes, and waste baskets. I'm not a fan of the price but none the less I'll probably be shopping here again next week! read more

I've been to my fair share of BB&Bs throughout the US and most all of the have a familiar layout, except for this one. It took me just a little while to orient myself here, checkout to the left not right, kitchen items to the right not straight ahead... Maybe it was just me but it felt smaller than other stores, but the staff was very friendly (except for the eccentric teller I ended up with), plenty of sale items to look at, but you have to go counter clockwise around the store (OK, maybe I'm the eccentric one). It has a great location on 72nd St., but to get back on south bound may be a little tricky. read more

Overall I like Bed Bath and Beyond, but to be honest the 'beyond' can be a bit overwhelming. The variety of what you can purchase here is quite large, with the quality being average I would say. My biggest beef with the store is that it always seems stuffed to the gills with goods. To me it always feels cluttered and a bit overbearing. Maybe it's just me. Aside from feeling like you can barely get through some of the aisles, it is a decent place to find gifts, or pretty much whatever you may need in a kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. read more

I Recently visited my neighborhood bath didn't me on I enjoy coming to this location because it is very close to my home. I was impressed with the store appearance most of the time when I go there are a lot of product in the aisles especially in the bedding area, and it's hard to find a sales associate when you have questions or need something from high up. We got a coffee pot about a 1 1/2 years ago for our wedding from here. It's circuit board was broken and would cost more to fix than it's worth. I took it in to see if Bed Bath & Beyond could do anything. They exchanged it with no questions asked and were so cooperative.
