If you're not familiar, At Home is just that, a huge everything for your home store. Upon entering is always the seasonal decor (holidays, outdoor, etc). Furniture is available for outdoors, and some indoors. I noticed they now have a few mattresses. There are linens for bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen as well as large area rugs. I love me some crazy organizing and they definitely have everything to foster this. Need to decorate any room in your house... They've got that, even kids rooms. Pet stuff has its own aisle. Kitchen gadgets, dishes, pots and pans, and silverware are mid store. I could go on, but you get it, they literally have everything. Join their free rewards program, as you'll receive excellent coupons in your email. I got one recently for 30% off one item, and was delighted to find out it was usable on clearance too! There are various clearance sections through out the store with some killer deals. I scored some patio furniture cushions on clearance! Otherwise prices are decent, mostly good deals. Products are of good quality. There are store maps as well as price scanners all around for your convenience. I can't really say they have amazing deals and prices, but on some items, the cost seems competitive. They did have several clearance sections. Pricewise, it reminds me of a Pier 1 store. Some of their items and prices also reminded me of what you may find at home goods or TJ Maxx. I thought their wall decor was well-priced. They had a great selection of various sizes and prints. One thing I loved about this store is that they had items arranged in a room set up. This is great for a decorator that needs to see how things all go together! Behind the room set up, they had the individual items to purchase. This spot use to house Sams Club--and you can't even tell this store used to be located here! I had never heard of Sea Love until I saw an advertisement on Facebook for a Psych trivia night. As…read morea "psych-o" (a Psych fan), I was all in! It was not a trivia night like I was used to, but it was awesome! It was more of a candle making session 3 rounds of Psych trivia questions. They had themed mocktails and a made themed candle! It was so fun! The candle making process was SO much fun too! They get you set up with an apron and then show you how to mix and match scents that you might want. There are over 100 different scents to choose from! You also get to choose which size/color your candle jar you want. The pricing goes by the size of the candle, with the small ones starting around $38. After you choose your scents and jar, you go to your seat and then they instruct you on pouring the right amount of oil(s) for the size candle you are making. As you pour your oil until you get it to the right blend that you want, you stir the oil in the little measuring cup. After that, they help you with attaching the wick in the bottom of the jar. After that, you get some time to name your candle, make your label for it, and put the scent mixture label on the bottom. The last step is pouring in the oils and the hot wax! They give you a beaker of the hot wax depending on the size jar of your candle. You pour your oils in first and the hot wax on top. You then mix the wax and oils until they are well blended. After that happens, they give you a pair of "chopsticks" to put around your wick to keep it standing up while it curates. It takes 2 hours to curate. If you don't have the 2 hours, you can come back another day to pick it up. This was such a cool experience! I want to do a girls night out with it! In addition to this, the staff was AMAZING! Lily was super crazy helpful. She ran the trivia night. I won the trivia night in the time slot I was at. The prize was a wax melt and some popcorn. I ended up purchasing some other things to bring home!

I had a terrible experience with Morris from beginning to end. We placed an order online after…read moretouring in store. We opted to work with the online order system because we did not like the high pressure sales tactics of the in store representative. There was a sale advertised and when we went to order it, the system continuously shut down. I was contacted by the ecommerce department the next day and they agreed to honor the sales price and place the order. It took three attempts for them to actually get the price correct and three days to place the order but it did get placed and the rep was very nice and seemed to work very hard within her controls. When delivery time came, the delivery person said he would not take the dresser up the stairs because it weighed too much and they only had two people. (They knew the weight when they left the warehouse I assume). They tried to say it had something to do with my staircase and when I explained that my staircase is wide open with no walls to navigate and is a standard mass build home, they finally admitted they did not schedule correctly. They tried to deliver the nightstands only but I refused a partial delivery. When trying to reschedule, they put me off for over a week which landed during a planned vacation. I explained this and they said they would have to give my dresser to another customer rather than hold it and I would be put back on the list for when a new one came in. I explained that this was due to their fault and they agreed to hold the dresser. When the next delivery date came and I was back in town, they informed me the morning of my delivery that the dresser was damaged and they'd do a partial delivery again. I refused and canceled the order. I have no doubt they gave the dresser away to another customer. I will never order from Morris again. They have no ability to manage a project, terrible communication, and a lack of ownership for their mistakes. The one thing they do have going for them is Brandy in their ecommerce department. Unfortunately, she is part time and often unavailable and lacks the authority to correct the problem on her own. She is willing to work through a problem and she is very professional. I'd hire her in a minute and I'd bet someone will because no employee wants to work under the circumstances of angry customers all the time.

Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

My lady and I were looking for a company to do a backsplash for our kitchen. Luckily, we found this…read moreone while at a Cincinnati Home Remodeling Expo. We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.
