We ended up working with two different people, one guy for plumbing and then a woman in lighting. They were both really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ordered everything we needed that day and we even took a faucet home with us. When our stuff came in, our salesman called to tell us. My husband picked up our material in the back part of the store under the cover, and even though he got there about fifteen minutes before close, the men at the counter were still friendly and helpful. We ran into a problem with the AC drain overflowing to our kitchen ceiling in the second floor. We called Tarvin for help as we needed someone soon. Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines. This was above and beyond and much appreciated. And we weren't gouged the service. When this happened we were concerned because we have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past. I'm just frustrated enough to write this updated review now because I have to pay to have another plumber come out to fix their work. These people are predatory and unprofessional. Would not recommend. What would've been nice is if the owner of this plumbing company saw the invoice number on my receipt in the last post and tried to reach out-- but he didn't. Instead he implied that we didn't even have his company service my mother's home. Having integrity in your business -- owning a job and its result means something.

After searching for a bit a worker came over to help us grab some items. He told us that he had a lot of experience helping other people build this table before and was ready to answer any and all questions.
