They are standing behind their product, well them and the cabinet manufacturer. Yes, there are a few things I believe I should have been refunded or gotten some kind of credit for, because due to misinformation, I am now out well over $500 that was unplanned. I believe some of that could have been handled way better, but overall am still pretty impressed with how it was handled. As a female, it's always intimidating when a man gets angry, even if it's over the phone. Bottom line, this business and his recommended contractor failed to measure properly. To be fair, they recommended several independent installation companies, and I was able to find one that did an excellent job. My issue is not with the installers--it's with the way I was treated as a customer. I would encourage anyone shopping for flooring to compare prices before buying here. In my experience, they did not have the best pricing, despite what was implied, and I found comparable flooring elsewhere for less. Customer service is just as important as price. Especially when someone is already dealing with the stress of an insurance claim, adding unnecessary pressure and telling a customer to take their business elsewhere is not how people should be treated.
