I had gone here in search of some plaster anchors and rather than selling me the more expensive anchors the very helpful clerk pointed me towards the $1 aisle where I found exactly what I was looking for. After asking me what my project for the day was the clerk took me throughout the store and helped me pick out all potentially needed items. The only drawback that I can see of this place is their hours. They close at an hour that would make a banker blush. When I have projects to do I'm typically doing them after my work hours (normal 9-5), and they close at 530 on Weekdays and 3P on Saturdays. That means if I'm working on a project I need to go directly from my work to their store, and hopefully there is no traffic. Very decent selection, and very helpful staff. I'm quite the hardware store fan, and my only other complaint with this store so far is that it's not Klingenberg's in Covington, but hey, maybe I'm biased.

Our customer gave us 48 hours to find the windows she wanted or she would cancel the contract. As customer service is our number one priority, our office manager dropped everything and began the hunt for a company who could build three unique windows in 2 days or less. After calling everywhere else in town (and figuring out that an 8 week lead time on special-order windows is standard), we took a chance on this company. Kathy spent a few hours getting everything right on our order and the windows were ready for pick up in 36 hours. Fast forward months later I decided to call and speak to a manager to give one more chance vs. giving a negative review. The assistant manager immediately involved the manager. The were all in contact multiple times with us. They actually involved the cabinet representative and scheduled a trip to my home to go over my concerns. They are standing behind their product, well them and the cabinet manufacturer. Yes, there are a few things I believe I should have been refunded or gotten some kind of credit for, because due to misinformation, I am now out well over $500 that was unplanned. I believe some of that could have been handled way better, but overall am still pretty impressed with how it was handled. Would definitely recommend them and am absolutely considering them for when I start the remainder of our home remodel.

My experience was with and the amount of disrespect he shows to everyone especially his female employee which I dont remember her name. However she was the most helpful lovely person ive ever dealt with and if she didnt know she was honest and called another employee to answer my question which was very helpful of her. This is where the man came in I believe his name was Joe or Jim I dont remember However this man made me feel incredibly stupid for asking questions im here to learn what the best route for my remodel would be. I dont need talked to like im an idiot and I certainly think its very unprofessional to talk to his employees the way he does and its not ok to call them idiots in front of customers! I dont know why anyone would want to deal with him and I certainly dont care of you were a department head at lowes.
