Their brand new facility is state of the art for the industry and their staff were amazingly hospitable and skilled. I would highly recommend them for any and all of your commercial or residential needs. Family owned and operated with material and product offerings I didn't even know existed, most of which is on display in the showroom. If you're at all unsure, just walk in, look around and talk to one of their staff. I'm a permenant customer. Thanks so much Cathy & staff!

Our customer gave us 48 hours to find the windows she wanted or she would cancel the contract. As customer service is our number one priority, our office manager dropped everything and began the hunt for a company who could build three unique windows in 2 days or less. After calling everywhere else in town (and figuring out that an 8 week lead time on special-order windows is standard), we took a chance on this company. Kathy spent a few hours getting everything right on our order and the windows were ready for pick up in 36 hours. In addition, the price she charged us was HALF of what we would have paid at any other company. Tri-State Wholesale saved us and we will definitely be using them again. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to contractors and DIYers alike. Matrka Renovation and Painting, LLC Wilmington, OH

Not as big as a big box store. An ample number of people were available to assist. Unlike the big box stores, most of the employees asked if we needed help. Not only that, but they wanted to help. Styles and colors of kitchen cabinets are not just random remnants. Selection is smaller than a big box store. Don't let that deture you. Several styles and color/stain options are available. Ultimately, we decided to purchase kitchen cabinets elsewhere. Mainly because there is a particular area we neede a specific sized cabinet, and they would not be able to get it it. They even called their distributor for us. Unlike like big box stores where you have to sit down with a design person for kitchens, here there are price list pre printed for each type and style of cabinet. Some cabinet styles are in stock others will be special ordered. We plan do on returning here for a couple bathroom sinks.

My wife and I went here this evening to pick up a new vanity for a bathroom we are having redone…read more My first time at the store and I was impressed with how tidy and clean the store was and the shelves were full of merchandise and there was nice selection of items. This has been my wife's project from the get-go and she has picked out everything to be installed. My job as an artist is to do all the final finish of painting and staining among other things. Upon finding the vanity we wanted we also wanted to make sure that the drawers were on the left hand side and so the woman employee helping us said we could look inside the box. This is where it starts to go south. She herself did not have a cutting utensil on her to cut the straps, and asked if we had a knife between the two of us. Since I failed to produce a knife but my wife had hers from work I got a dirty glance from the woman and then she proceeded to say "sure is disgraceful when a woman has a knife and a man doesn't". This was not said jokingly and it struck me as odd. I could clearly see what her passive aggressive demeanor was doing and though pissed off I just removed myself from the situation. In the next aisle over I asked my wife if she caught the insult which did not go unnoticed from her. The lady kept following us around and I kept putting distance between us. As we're checking out at the register, she asked "who is installing this for you?" and then looked at me. My wife said we are having a contractor install it and again she shot me a dirty look and said "if I were you I would just do it myself" Once again I separated myself from the situation by going out to the car and wait for my wife so I could load it into the car. My wife tried explaining to her that we are very busy and don't have time to do all the refinishing ourselves. My wife then leaves the store with this woman in tow and my wife knows that I am livid at this point and at the doors tells her that we are ok and can load it ourselves. The lady makes it a point to come out and stand there as I open up the hatchback. She bends down to start to pick up the vanity when I just finally said "I'll get it don't want you to think that I am completely useless". Now suddenly she plays the victim and says "I didn't say that you did" and then followed it up with "I guess I just won my case in court". All I said in reply was "if that's what makes you feel better". After that she didn't say a word or even apologize but grabbed the cart and stormed off. I am one of the most easy going people you will ever meet and am not prone to complain at all, but this woman's passive aggressive behavior is just unacceptable. Can't speak for other employees but this lady has some serious issues with men. I can just as easily do my shopping at Lowes or Home Depot.
