I first contacted another fencing company in the Milford area…read more After 15 weeks of trying to get a quote, a correct quote, a sales person who would not have a job for the way he tells stories. I then contacted Pioneer Fencing. They where friendly and had the correct quote to me in less then a week. Within 3weeks of contacting them they had the work done. The other place after 15 weeks told me it would be another 10 weeks before the work could be done, making it 25 weeks. The work was correctly and I was happy with it. And it was done in the time frame given. Thank you guys! If I need anything else. I will come to you, Pioneer Fencing, first.

When I called about getting it fixed, I was told it was our fault they installed it wrong and we would need to pay to get it fixed. I had a fence repair. They did a terrible job staking the fence. My shepherd mix squeezed out…read moreunderneath a loose portion which was the point of getting a new wire wrap with staking. I asked them to come and do a good job, but it's been months and they never made it right even after texts and calls with the owner. The owner's accent is so thick that I can't understand him, but I received what felt like a harassing phone call from him after weeks of asking when they are going to come out. After this, I learned their price was higher than what I should have paid from a friend that does contracting for a living , but that's on me - I should have quoted other places. Finally, I found a tree that had been knocked down after the job. I didn't see them do it, but I was hoping they'd say something. I replanted and staked the tree and it lived fortunately. They also left a huge roll of scrap fence at my home that is garbage I'm going to have to pay to haul. I asked them to pick up their garbage but they never did that either.

100% Do Not Use This Company…read more I had a small project where I ordered 69' of 72" vinyl privacy fence. After five months they scheduled installation. The installers were here for four hours and said they were done. The fence is crooked in places, not level in others and looks horrible. In addition, they did not cap the posts. I have tried to leave email and voicemail messages. No luck. I am being ignored. The only positive is, I paid 50% and can use the other 50% to hire somebody to come in and fix what they did. Just because you see the Mills name on fences around does not mean they are a reputable company. Fair warning if you decide to use them.
