Requested a quote, Darris came out and measured but never got a call back. I imagine too expensive to bother.

This was one of several renovation projects that we were undertaking before the birth of our second child. We were also having problems with our dogs getting over the existing fence and running through the neighborhood. Unlike several other contractors that we had used for the other projects, the Fence Company was always punctual and professional. They also had good advice on what type of fence would look best on our terrain, which was a rough downward slope to a patch of woods at the back of the lot. They told us that installation would begin on a Monday morning and last two days. They sent a crew of six people out on Monday morning and were finished by the end of the day. The new fence looks great, and the local animal control officer no longer has us on speed dial. Out next door neighbors had just built their house, and were so impressed that they will also be using the Fence Company to put their fence in later this year. A couple of other details: 1. The job was done at the cost estimated, with the exception of additional charges or obstructions to the post holes (see below). Half was due up front, and half on completion of the work. The estimate and the payment schedule were entirely reasonable. 2. Any posts that had to be dug through roots or rocks incurred an additional $15 charge per post. Whoever had installed the previous fence had cemented the entire length of the fence into some brick and concrete trough that ran the entire length of the fence and was worthy of a WWII bunker. We removed most of it with a sledge hammer and two picks (we broke the first one). We also had a number of large honeysuckle plants that had to be removed. After that experience, we were happy to pay the the additional charges for the obstructed posts. 3. My only negative comment is that the Fence Company only offers installation services. We had to clear the old fence line out ourselves, and we would have been happy to get a higher bid for the complete job. Of course, after tearing out the concrete and brick mess, perhaps I understand why they're not interested in that type of work.

If you use this company, be aware that they do NOT cover boards that split. We had this happen within the first year, even though we had weather-proofed the boards just after installation.

Fresh Perspective Patio and Fencing - Horrifically warped panel. Called for them to replace and I would even pay, ghosted.

We were also looking for a contractor that wasn't going to take ages to schedule, since it was February when we started planning for this project and it had to get done in time for our backyard wedding in May. At first, I'm not going to lie, I was really hesitant on going with Josh but his estimates were really too good to look away from. They do all types of fencing, but we wanted a privacy fence because our property borders three or four others. Josh came out and walked us through the process for a closer estimate and basically told us he could knock it out within two weeks. Turns out, they were a relatively new, mostly word of mouth business, rooted in Anderson Township but willing to expand their services. The service is jaw-droppingly amazing compared to a LOT of other contractor stories I've heard and personally experienced. Not only is he lightning fast at responding to any questions we have, but his turnaround time on the projects is SUPER quick without any compromise to quality. He took care of all required paperwork, materials, old fence removal, etc. The kicker for us is we had a lot of dead mini-trees (?) and brushes around the edge of our property, and Josh and his teammate not only got rid of them, but also took care of discarding it all. The result was completely like one of those HGTV before and after shots. They're on other social media sites but they 100% need to be on Yelp because service and quality like this is hard to find in Cincinnati. tl;dr scary fast turnaround, amazing quality work, above and beyond service with total cleanup. Word-of-mouth business with small social media presence.

Rushed. Lack of Communication. Bad Decidion…read more We hired fresh perspective two years ago as we wanted to hire local to get our fence done. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.
