I've honestly only been here one other time when my cousin was getting married years ago and this was on their wedding registry. I was given a $75 gift card about 2 years ago that I just found while cleaning out my messier than a hamster's cage of a desk. I thought let see if this thing is still any good. Ya. It's still good...All $75 US dollars of it..... First this store is massive. It's got everything Wal-mart, Target, Kohl's and Ikea has all put together. If you need it, want it or didn't know it existed. It's here. From Kitchen stuff to steam irons to bedroom lamps to heated toilet seats.... Honestly I didn't know what to buy because I've got enough tchotchke to start my own Goodwill store. I tend to buy a lot of my cooking items at H mart now a days. But hey $75 is $75. So I ended up buying a blankets for about $24.99...to keep in the car... and I got some casserole dishes because I always end up giving mine away because I'll make something for someone and forget to get it back.... I must say they have great customer service. I must had about 4 people come up to me asking me if I needed help finding something. It's nice for a change...kudos to them for that..... Yep. I love this store. Used to get their paper coupons all the time and loved shopping here because those coupons did not expire. Then I stared down sizing and did not need to purchase anything except an occasional gift. Thursday 6/11, I went in, and was desperate to purchase a back rest pillow to my husband. (The one he had went KAPUT after so many years, and his back was hurting so I needed one TODAY.) Had just signed up to get online coupons, but it would take at least 24 hours to get one. When I went into the store, I spoke to Travis, Manager, and he was so nice and helpful. He took care of the discount, so I did not have to wait or come back and waist my time for discount adjustments. Great customer service, nice cashier (Beata?) too. Will come back again. read more

They have everything including the bizarre. We were down for a combination Thanksgiving/Birthday and early Christmas with my sons on Thanksgiving. The day after, we were going to take my Son and his family out shopping for shoes for the two little boys, pictures with Santa at the Mall and lunch. My wife and I had already had Breakfast at The Flying Biscuit and I spotted a new donut shop and knowing the Grandson's, a donut is not going to escape them so long as their father does not get there first. While we getting the donuts, my wife spotted a Bed Bath and Beyond and she wanted to stop for a small present and besides, she had one of those gift coupons they are so generous with. I sat in the car while she went in for her one item but just like me at the grocery store, she came out with six. One of them was the item she went in to purchase and I thought she was out of her mind. The item in question. Youngest Grandson is in the later stages of potty training and this absurd gizmo fits on the the inside of a roll of toilet paper and plays Christmas Music when you pull paper off. Does it work. Good location. Not far from Town Center Mall. I'm a fan of Bed Bath & Beyond so I'm happy to have one not too far from me. It's in the Cobb Place Shopping Center. There is a cluster of shopping centers here and it's hard to remember which one is which. All of the shopping centers have large parking lots so it's easy to find parking. You may have to walk a bit but I have never seen any of the lots full. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is big though and it is sometimes difficult to locate someone if you need help. read more

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! Bed, Bath and Beyond is okay. However, you really have to know what you should and should not purchase here. For example, I don't purchase bedding or linen here because I like a certain quality that they just don't carry. I am also not going to purchase bath accessories, (soap dispensers, waste baskets, toilet brush etc), here because their prices are double for the same quality that you can find at other stores. However, they do have a great selection of plush bath mats which I really love. I appreciate the fact that they have complete collections where you can get mats of every size as well as toilet seat covers. You can then purchase the coordinating towels. I really like anything that allows me to be better organized and two of my favorite purchases are the over-the-door boot rack and the spring loaded drawer divider. I prefer to have my boots off of the floor and they easily maintain their shape on the racks. I recently visited this store to purchase another spring loaded drawer divider because they just work so well, especially with smaller items like bras and undies. Sometimes it's just fun to walk around and check out their mindless trinkets and "As seen on TV" items. Yes, it is okay to purchase something for your own amusement/entertainment. Don't forget to use your coupon! If you are like me, you get tons of them in the mail. These coupons never expire so hang onto them and keep them in your car so that they are always available. As I was making my purchase, I noticed that I did not have my coupon but I purchased the item anyway. Once I returned to my car, I noticed the coupon in my binder and returned for an adjustment. I was in and out in a minute with no problem. Perfect! Customer service was warm, friendly and efficient today. read more

I want to let people know that if you use your retail me not coupon here they will NOT honor it if THERE system is malfunctioning . Example being when I got to the cash register today and a WONDERFUL employee (literally , she was amazing and her name is TRINITY ) scanned the coupon she said the system told her I used the coupon already at cedar hill location . That was not true as this is the only location I go to . She then said the system has been doing that lately . Sara , the manager then came over and said because it is a third party coupon they won't be honoring it when this system issue occurs . So keep that in mind when using a retail me not coupon in store . Personally , I think because bed bath and beyond have a contract with retail me not they should honor the coupon seeing as it's not the customer who is malfunctioning but their or their partners system ... either honor it or cut ties with retail me not which distributes their electronic coupons . read more

I placed an online order and upon arrival was told to stand in a long line. There was ONE line for pick up orders and check out. There should be two. If I wanted to stand in a long line I would have shopped around and stood in the line. Pick up orders are supposed to be in and out. read more

Customer service is horrible at this store. I ran in to make a quick unexpected purchase and forgot my coupons. My phone wouldn't pull it up since I just updated my phone and the apple update is garbage. Went in the day after Thanksgiving and was excited to find exactly what I was looking for. Then I noticed several people not wearing masks. When I asked an employee why they were not enforcing their own policy posted on the entrance, they told me that some people could not wear a mask for health reasons. I left without making a purchase. I guess it's back to Amazon. If they want to be a maskless business, they should post it on the door so that people who are trying to be careful can avoid going into their store from the beginning. read more

I placed an online order for 3 items in January of 2021. The dollar amount of the order after coupons, was still high enough for me to qualify for free shipping. I received 2 of the items, but never the third. So I went on line and checked my account and found out that BBB had cancelled the third item. Not only did they not tell me that the item was out of stock, they sent me a new bill charging me for shipping. I went on line and "chatted" with a representative, who finally agreed to refund the shipping cost only after I asked to speak to his supervisor. So just know that the policies of this company are: free shipping over a certain dollar amount, but if THEY cancel the order and the amount drops below the free shipping amount, you will be charged shipping (through no fault of your own). They most likely will refund the shipping cost if you call them and speak with a supervisor. This store has very bad shipping policies, actually they change the policy to suite them. This store is an easy place to pick up a variety of goods for the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and BEYOND (meaning decorations like wall hangings, candles, prints or paintings, and pillows). We just went there this weekend to purchase a coffee maker, but we also frequent the place for glasses, placemats, bathrugs, and things like trashcans or small kitchen items. They have a good supply of whatever you're looking for, and I find their prices are comparable to Amazon.com. They also have frequent $5 off coupons or 20% off one item coupons, and they will honor the coupons even if expired. Look in your weekly postal ads, or you can sign up to receive text coupons on your smartphone, and then the price is even better than on Amazon and you can pick it up right away. Great place to register for wedding gifts as their return policy is very advantageous for those random gifts you get.
