My rating is based on the process involved for returns/refunds…read more As most others stated, we were greeted by a friendly, non-pushy salesperson, and allowed to browse at our leisure without any pressure. We were shopping for a new mattress (king= 2 twin xl, and adjustable bases), and nothing against bob's, but the whole mattress shopping process sucks. How can you lay on something for 5-10 minutes and determine if it will be comfortable for 6-8 hours of sleep at night? We settled on the "plush" version of their sky memory foam, (temperpedic cloud knock off). No issues with the delivery or set up, however the delivery fee is 10% of your purchase price, no matter what you buy. They say you can pick up, but it has to be from one of their distribution centers, not the stores, since the stores don't keep any stock. After the mandatory minimum 30 days, the mattress had not gotten any softer. The other memory foams we tried out, got softer about 5-10 minutes after laying on them with body heat, but not these. Both my wife and I noticed no improvement with achy backs, or tossing and turning at night. We followed the "break in" advice from the salesperson (let the kids jump o them, crawl around on them on knees and elbows, etc) but still no improvement. In order to return them, we had to call customer service first, where they really wanted us to just exchange them for a different mattress. Unfortunately there were not any others that we were interested in, so they started the refund process. After the customer service rep got everything done on her end, she gave me my return authorization number, then told me I needed to contact the store, to process the actual refund, and schedule the pick up of the mattresses. We are keeping our power bases, no issues with them, but went to one of the "big name mattress stores" and found what we hope are going to be better mattresses.

The person who messaged me was dismissive of my disability needs and tried sending "something similar" rather than give my refund. I did get the refund but had to pay hundreds more elsewhere because I had waited for Labor Day sales. When the refund came I had to spend another half hour in a chat with them because knowing all this they still tried to keep the delivery fee. I had paid for 2 deliveries, they gave me about 20% back. Very shady, very poor customer service. A waste of your time. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

He gave us an enthusiastic yes. After he was done with his field work he came over to us and we all introduced ourselves and thanked him again. He told us all about the ecosystem of the pond. Mr. Fidler's knowledge of nursery, gardening, farming, fishing and all the different ecosystems really rang true that day and we definitely learned a few things. I never knew Mr. Fidler sold Christmas trees in the winter and also different trees, flowers, plants, etc. I now know where I'm going to buy my next apple tree. Mr. Fidler's kindness and generosity is unmatched by any of his competitors. Next winter during the Christmas season, my friends and I will definitely pay him a visit, not to fish, but to get a Fidler Christmas tree! Thanks again Mr. Fidler!

I'd constantly think, "one day I need to stop in," but never actually did until this past Saturday. And I'm so glad I finally went! This place is such a hidden gem. Outside alone, they had a $2 rack and a $1 bin, which immediately pulled me in. Once inside, it just kept getting better. There are so many "treasures from home" to browse name brand clothing, shoes, a whole purse room, and even handmade items. I loved that they have dressing rooms available, which makes it easy to actually try things on. The staff was really friendly, and the overall layout impressed me. There's a lot to look through, but it's not overcrowded you can comfortably walk around and take your time. I could easily see myself spending a couple of hours here just browsing. The prices are more than reasonable, and I liked that many items have tags with additional discounts. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size range they had a great plus-size selection, not just limited sizing like you sometimes see in resale shops. There's parking on the side of the building, and if that's full, there's additional street parking nearby, which makes it pretty convenient. I didn't end up purchasing anything this visit, but honestly, that just means I'll be back soon (and probably leaving with a lot next time!). Definitely worth stopping in if you've ever driven by and been curious like I was.
