Then K & D countertops told me over the phone that they charge over $300 for a removal and take away and they would charge the same amount just to help me lift it even if they didn't take it away. I spoke to manager Steve, who was also of no help and clearly not very experienced in the field, based on the conversation I had with him. My husband is a disabled veteran. I will leave it at that. They charge more than their competitors for the same product. Look elsewhere while you still can.

She immediately start correcting my verbiage when she knew what I was talking about. I told her that I would come to review some of the facets that were available. She told me that I had to have an appointment to visit there show room. Which she said was not open. She also told me that I had to work through a plumber to visit and purchase items. I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.
