Kimberly was able to provide me with an extremely affordable service from St. Louis even though I live in San Diego! Kimberly was extremely flexible in putting together the room remotely. Everyone that comes to my house always drops their jaw and remarks at how amazing my house looks! It is the best thing to come home too after a long day at work. She is affordable and talented! I have an old house with crazy floors! Mark came over and walked me through ways I could help fix the floors so we could install an economical floor that will handle the expected foot traffic. I had quiet a few questions about some of the suggested ways to fix my problems and Marc didnt make me feel dumb for thinking I could do it a wrong way, he didnt pressure me into doing an expensive remodel... no he simply pointed out a few options, with each pro and con, and let me make the decision. In the end, some of the mountains we faced turned out to just be mole hills and I couldn't be happier with the experience I've received! Even Barb showing us around the warehouse... same experience as Mark and the installers (father and son duo - how cool is that!), not pushing, supportive and understanding of the overall picture! Can't go wrong with Vallow Flooring!
