It's too close to the edges and so it has become more disgusting than I have words to describe. Once after I tried cleaning it, the glue came loose and my kitchen sink collapsed onto multiple appliances below. Terry (the owner) did respond to that situation, and came over to reglue the sink. Since then, I have contacted him 5-7 times with photos and request that he just come and fix it. He responded once and said he has no excuse-- he's just been really busy.

I hired SBS for deck repair, because my deck steps were falling apart. SBS replaced the steps and…read moremore to make my deck structure more secure. In the process of attaching the new steps, they inadvertently missed placing a 2x board against the beam. This created a trip hazard between decking and first step. Once I realized I asked for a work stoppage until it got remedied. They refused, and consequently because of the additional work that occurred, the only remedy available was to cut the deck board at the steps. This left a raw edge of the composite wood exposed on the deck. They would not admit to their mistake. And.. that is the issue... they will likely make this mistake again. I paid top dollar to get a deck solution that looks like an amateur did it. Construction is never perfect. But if you can't admit to your mistakes, then how can you get better? I literally wanted them to admit to it, so that this doesn't happen with their next customer. This is a painting company trying to do construction. Be careful.

We ended up contacting the manufacturer and got additional samples of the vinyl tiles from them. The project was scheduled in a timely manner and the installation crew was timely, clean, professional and highly skilled! I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the cost was significantly lower than the insurance estimate but not for lack of quality materials or skilled workers! These guys are great! I have this floor in my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. No doubt the product was discontinued. They measured, matched and ordered similar flooring to put under my washer and dryer. Those tiles could then be used to patch the area in front of the dishwasher.
