Worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. Then K & D countertops told me over the phone that they charge over $300 for a removal and take away and they would charge the same amount just to help me lift it even if they didn't take it away. I spoke to manager Steve, who was also of no help and clearly not very experienced in the field, based on the conversation I had with him. My husband is a disabled veteran. I will leave it at that. They charge more than their competitors for the same product. Look elsewhere while you still can.

It's too close to the edges and so it has become more disgusting than I have words to describe. Once after I tried cleaning it, the glue came loose and my kitchen sink collapsed onto multiple appliances below. Terry (the owner) did respond to that situation, and came over to reglue the sink. Since then, I have contacted him 5-7 times with photos and request that he just come and fix it. He responded once and said he has no excuse-- he's just been really busy.
