My mother and I went to this location and it was so disappointing. The don't follow the national chains hours. They seem to close whenever they want to, or if foot traffic is low. Walking in, the three employees were standing around chatting. I felt weird to have to interrupt them to ask for help finding something. The tall blonde cashier was miserable. No hello, or did you find everything you were looking for? Nothing.. Miserable woman did not want to be working. Terrible customer service! Hassled us about a 20% coupon too?!? Just quit your job already. Came back a few days later to make a return and the store closed earlier than posted hours?! Does management know what is going on here? I prefer Bed Bang & Beyond, but anyway. I always wonder what sort of Beyonds they sell here, and indeed, what beyonds even are. I see other reviews say this place is pretty amazing in terms of service, which I agree with, and even though they don't have as much inventory as some of the largest stores, they do go the extra mile and it's awesome. I can't possibly give them five stars like everybody else, because my goodness it's just so expensive! Yes some of the discount stores have some shady stuff that isn't quite as good as some of the stuff in here but you can also find really good stuff at really discounted prices and a lot of the little local places in the warehouse outlet type places are pretty great, whereas this is higher-end and high and prices as well. If you have the money to spend, you're getting good stuff here and exceptional service. read more

Unbelievable!!! What a friendly, people person place this BB &B is!!! I had to return a vacuum cleaner that was too heavy to push around, even though the Pkg from the manufacture stated it was "lightweight". Trust me it was not. First off, I was greeted with a good morning, asked if I had my receipt ( which I did ) and the return process was the most seamless I could ask for. Who doesn't love to go into this store just to look at all the kitchen gadgets and do-dads? I could get lost in those aisles. Sure, I don't need 17 different spatulas, but it's cool to know they have them if I ever change my mind! In all seriousness, this store is usually filled-to-the-brim so it can take a few extra minutes to find what you're looking for. And they hardly ever have more than one register open. But I love that when you purchase something you can use a coupon to save some cash. They almost always have what I need. read more

I absolutely love Bed Bath & Beyond. I could spend a lot of money in this place. 1) Because almost everything is amazing & 2) Almost everything is pricey Our most recent visit we went in search of nice and affordable curtains. We discovered the SmartBlock Chroma Room Darkening curtains at $24.99 per curtain panel. This seems to be standard. Although, a bit pricey they are nice and heavy duty. With the exception of the creases and the way they fade after washing. I love that they always have a 20% off coupon and accept expired coupons! I also discovered FitKicks which are an amazing house/lounging shoe! They have a nice sole, come in many color combos, are super comfy and your feet don't sweat! WOW - as tough as it is to get 5 stars out of me - this place has finally done it! I shop at the McKinley store often and it's been a go to place for a few items - like special K-cups and hard to find chef items for my son! However, my last visit proved to be an eye-opener. Went specifically for a sale item of two storage benches for my grandson. One was going to be a rather large Easter basket - the other for his toys. However, I didn't read the ad very well and it turned out that the item was limited stock AND clearance. So when there were no more at the store - I knew I was finished! Being determined, I asked an store employee if perhaps they had any left somewhere else and that's when this store became a 5 star! They didn't have any at THAT store, but there were a few others. They quickly took my information down and I not only purchased the item, they gave me a 20% discount for not having the clearance item AND they shipped it to my home address FREE! I was so impressed with the value - though the inside fabric is cheap - so to is the prices - that I ordered another set and was in luck, because they still had some available and it just arrived yesterday - FREE DELIVERY! Though the store is sometimes jammed and hard to get around in - it's full to the ceilings with merchandise. It's part of the mall so parking is generous, but hard to find a space close to the entrance. The overall store was clean and staff knowledgeable and eager to help its shoppers! read more
