We were told an hour wait for staff to go through sort and select what they can buy. Staff claimed they were also "busy today and are currently selective on infant clothes". They picked out three shirts OUT OF TWO DIAPER SIZE BOXES INCLUDES 4 PAIRS OF SHOES and gave us $10. I promise you there was a couple pairs of clothes in the boxes that were never worn before! Also more than half of those clothes were not stained or torn etc. Clearly the staff told us to kick rocks and didn't actually want to do their job. Will not ever be coming back here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

I love that I can take my childrens' clothes, shoes, bags, toys, books, etc. here and get some cash on the spot. It's also great that they take all seasons year-round.
